Help Me In Write That Correct

How do I write a correct paragraph?

Hi. Great question!!  Normally, a paragraph is between 4 and 6 sentences, but of course exceptions are common. A paragraph has one topic sentence and 3-5 supporting sentences. The topic sentence states the main point of the paragraph and is oftentimes the first sentence of the paragrah, but it doesn't have to be depending on the author's style. The supporting sentences must all relate to the topic sentence by giving examples, details, analogies, logical conclusions, etc. The last sentence of the paragraph could either be a summary of the paragraph or a transition into the next paragraph, or (quite cleverly) both. Two excellent websites to further help you:http://www.time4writing.com/writ...https://owl.english.purdue.edu/o...

How do I write correctly?

Do you mean writing without any grammar or spelling mistakes? If so, reading a lot of different subjects, broadening your vocabulary and studying the language you want to write in will be useful.Anything different than language structures I think it'll be a matter of opinion whether it's correct or not. ;-) You can always erase what you don't want, re-write and re-think things, putting your thoughts on the paper first so that you can have a look at them and decide what's correct for you and what to leave behindo. All in all, enjoy writing to your heart's content.

How do I know If I am writing a correct sentence?

Basic idea for a sentence to be correct is for it to have a subject(about whom something is being said) and a predicate(what is being said). The predicate must have a finite verb. It can be with or without an auxiliary verb. This is simple sentence structure. Two or more sentences can be linked through connectives and complex and compound sentences formed.Sometimes the subject may not be explicit but only understood. If verb is not there it will be a phrase only. Any sentence which is part of a bigger sentence is a clause only.

How can I know if the sentence I write is correct or not?

If you are talking about grammar, I would recommend Grammarly. It’s free on the chrome app store (what I have). It’s super helpful and if you upgrade to premium, it can go past grammar and find “advanced mistakes” as in weak words like very and other really cool stuff.

How can I write perfectly correct English?

I admire your intention of learning to write correctly in proper English, While I was growing up in the 1960’s and 1970’s my parents and teachers taught me how to read. I became very good at it and also learned how to speak and write properly. My suggestion is to go to a used book store and buy, then read, books and periodicals from BEFORE 1980. Why 1980? Because editors and publishers still cared about correct word usage, grammar and punctuation. After 1980 they didn’t seem to care so much. You can read current newspapers, books and periodicals but remember, they may not be as accurate in usage as they were 37 years ago. Best of luck to you.

Write the correct ionic formula when given two elements that bond ionically.?

This is more complicated than simply trying to use the "OILRIG" mnemonic which is more applicable to determining the elements oxidized and reduced in a redox reaction.

The formula is determine from the oxidation number of the atoms that combine. Sometimes the oxidation number may be the same as the ionic charge of the ions that combine to make the compound.

For instance when silver ions combine with sulfide ions in aqueous solution we get Ag2S because silver ions are Ag+ and sulfide ions are S^2-. The sum of the oxidation numbers must equal zero,
so (+1) + (+1) + (-2) = 0

The simplest formulas of all compounds regardless of the bond type still follow the same pattern. The sum of the oxidation numbers must equal zero.

You just need to know that oxidation numbers are NOT the same thing as ionic charges. For instance in SnCl4, tin has an oxidation number of +4 and chlorine an oxidation number of -1, but there are NO ions of Sn or Cl in SnCl4 because the bonds are quite covalent.

We assign oxidation numbers to elements in compounds in order to facilitate equation writing and keeping track of electrons in redox reactions.
