What if my hypothesis was wrong? 10 pts,?

what if i hypothesized something, did an experiment but the my hypothesis was incorrect after the experiment. does that automatically mean that my data does not support my hypothesis? i did all the procedures correctly and nothing was mixed around

I need help with science. Could you help answer some? 10 pts?

Help with my hook sentence for my essay? :) 10 pts what sounds better?!?

The second one is better but both are exceptional for an essay, unless your teacher is really strict, but the second explains what heroes do and who they are. The first just explains and describes heroes, and doesn't say what they do. The second actually leads you right into the main topic while also hooking the reader.

How we can score top marks in theory exams?

Hi!Thanks for a2a :)Here are a few suggestions from my side to score good in theory exams:-1. Practice writing the topics which u think are important and note down the keywords and always remember to use them in your answer in the exam2.work on your writing speed so that u r able to complete your paper on time and revise it once before submitting.3.use lines from chapters and quotations made by thinkers and writers in your exam and highlight them in double quotation marks. This will give the examiner an insight of your knowledge and how much u have actually read and come.4. Avoid making generalized statements.Back up your answer with facts and examples wherever possible.5.make diagrams and flowcharts wherever possible and then go on to describe those points.6.Most important - avoid writing big big paragraphs and try to write in points.Write in points and to the point answers ;)Highlight and underline the important lines in your answer so that even if the examiner does not read your entire answer,he/she can read your highlighted pts and can give you maximum marks!Wishing you all the best! :)Tc

How do I score around 80-90/120 in the JEE Main (chemistry)?

People told you what material to follow and that is good. NCERT is good enough. Here is something I learnt from analyzing papers (actual JEE main papers)Roughly 10,10,10 question comes from each branch (organic, inorganic and physical) . I’m not doing any fattebaazi this holds true, for verification see question papers yourself.Lets do some back tracking .ORGANIC - You might be surprised to know that only 4–6 questions come from this section . I mean the core organic chemistry from goc, reaction mechanism to amines. If things go bad (paper is set difficult in terms of chemistry ) out of 6 atleast 3 you can attempt after reading NCERT ( In 2016 they asked one question from NBS and other question from NCERT reactions only)To secure good marks - Organic chem (from NCERT) + Biomolecule/Polymer/ Chem in everyday life +Environmental.Last 3 chapters have very less to mug up . You get a good percentage in organic. If in last moment you’re weak in organic then atleast do reactions from ncert and 36 year well. Chance is that you might score full in this section .Inorganic - Some kind of gapla here.Break it into 5 questions +5questions . 5 questions are asked from chemical bonding and coordination compounds and rest 5 are asked from DnF ,S,D,F .Physical- No need to explain . RCM is quite useless here. Typical questions like from examples or illustrations of your coaching institute module are asked and some facts here and there from NCERT .Do things one by one and number batoro bhaiya :P

How do you identify a theoretical framework in an article?

I am not doing your homework for you! I haven't read the article so i can't anyway! but this tells YOU want YOU need to do and write about.

A theoretical framework consists of concepts, together with their definitions, and existing theory/theories that are used for your particular study. The theoretical framework must demonstrate an understanding of theories and concepts that are relevant to the topic of your research paper and that will relate it to the broader fields of knowledge in the class you are taking.

The theoretical framework is not something that is found readily available in the literature. You must review course readings and pertinent research literature for theories and analytic models that are relevant to the research problem you are investigating. The selection of a theory should depend on its appropriateness, ease of application, and explanatory power.

The theoretical framework strengthens the study in the following ways.

An explicit statement of theoretical assumptions permits the reader to evaluate them critically.

The theoretical framework connects the researcher to existing knowledge. Guided by a relevant theory, you are given a basis for your hypotheses and choice of research methods.

Articulating the theoretical assumptions of a research study forces you to address questions of why and how. It permits you to move from simply describing a phenomenon observed to generalizing about various aspects of that phenomenon.

Having a theory helps you to identify the limits to those generalizations. A theoretical framework specifies which key variables influence a phenomenon of interest. It alerts you to examine how those key variables might differ and under what circumstances.

By virtue of its application nature, good theory in the social sciences is of value precisely because it fulfills one primary purpose: to explain the meaning, nature, and challenges of a phenomenon, often experienced but unexplained in the world in which we live, so that we may use that knowledge and understanding to act in more informed and effective ways.

I am scared for the AP Human Geography test tomorrow?

I'm taking it tomorrow too. i'm nervous but i thought i should give you a couple tips:

1)look over a couple concepts and vocab
2)look over these:
Cultural diffusion, Ullman Triad, Least cost Theory, Central Place Theory, and the Latin American Model (aka the Griffin Ford Model) because i herd these Still have not been on the Ap exam YEt
3) RELAX get a good meal and A GOOD nights Rest.

PS: my teacher told us to dress up nicely as if we were going to a meeting because it helps you feel Professional and worth taking the test

PSS:Study just 30 min tonight before you go to bed.because studies show you retain more if you study then sleep. DONT over stress your Self YOU GOING TO DO GREAT!!!

Help with science please? asap?

OMG!!! THIS IS THE SAME WORK I DID FOR FLVS!! THE BEST PART IS THAT I GOT AN A!! IL HELP U FOR THIS TIME ONLY.

Which layer of the Earth do Convection Currents occur in? The mantle

Explain how these convection currents cause the crust of the Earth to
move. Circulation in the mantle

According to the Theory of Continental Drift, what did the Earth’s continents look like 255 million years ago? Continents of the Earth looked like one big landmass.

What is the name of this landmass? Pangaea

What is the Petoskey Stone and where was it found? The Petoskey is coral and it was found in shallow clear waters around the equator (bit north and south of the equator).

How does the Petoskey Stone help prove the Theory of Continental drift? When all the continents were together there was shallow warm water in Michigan that could be why there is coral in northern Michigan

How does the shape and size of the continents today help support the Theory of Continental Drift? It supports the theory because if you were to cut them out and puzzle them together their shapes match
