Help Thigh Feeling Sunburnt

Weird feeling which started on my inner thigh?

Well, last night I stood up, I had baggy pj bottoms on, and when it rubbed against my inner thigh, it felt really weird like sunburn or a rash due to heat, I knew it wasn't as there is no soreness there.
It's moved slightly more the the front of my thigh, it feels really sensitive and can sometimes slightly painful.
Sorry for the poor explination, wasn't sure how to describe it really. If anyone knows what this is, thanks.

Part of skin is red and feels like sunburn after swimming in pool...?

its due to the chlorine in the swimming pool could be affecting your skin. try using paw paw lotion on it. its a mild burn. and probaly only on your thigh because the skin might be the softest and most sensitive. also try using aloe vera or cut up some cucumber to take away the sting.

I cant walk from my sunburn?

Here are some tips I found for you ...I am going to list one but I am sending you the link it seems they have several at home things to try .....

How to Relieve Sunburn with Milk
Home remedies for sunburn include the use of milk to relieve the pain and discomfort associated with it. The milk should be at or close to room temperature. Using a clean bowl, pour a small but sufficient amount of milk into the bowl and allow it to reach room temperature. It is acceptable for the milk to be slightly cooler than that if you feel that you cannot wait longer. However, you should never use the milk straight from the refrigerator since that is much too cold.

Take cotton gauze and dip it into the milk. Apply it to the sunburn and allow it to sit for 20 minutes or so. After this time, remove the milk compress and gently rinse your skin to remove any milk residue. If you do not rinse your skin, the milk residue will develop a sour odor and so will you.

How can I sleep with sunburn on my legS?

If you have a sunburn that has blistering, with yellow fluid inside, you should get to a Dr, clinic or hospital.Using a toner or astringent on sunburn, can help remove the sting. The same thing you use in your facial cleansing regime. Do not rub, use on a cotton cosmetic pad, and blot. There are topical numbing creams available at any pharmacy without a prescription. Spray will be the best because you are not having to touch the skin. You may get the chills, so keep a blanket handy. Rehydrate, with electrolyte fluid like coconut water or sport drink.

Why don't my legs get sunburnt?

Well, one reason is that your legs are not in as much direct sunlight as much as your upper body is, and your legs are sometimes shaded by nearby shrubbery in the case of being a lawn care worker. Since your legs have a slightly less extreme exposure to sunlight, they have the chance to more easily produce melanin for sun protection without having the painful consequence of a sunburn. I hope this helps!

How long will it take for a sunburn to go away?

Your sunburn will not be better by tomorrow, but you can manage it!

Your tissue cells use water to regenerate, so the more water you drink the faster you will heal.

Also your skin feels tight because it has been damaged, so taking luke warm showers should help it loosen up and get moisture into it. You probably feel super stiff after sleeping, its because you let your skin stay still for too long. Throughout the day you should move around when you feel stiff to keep it loose. It helps you heal faster.

Also only use Aloe Vera that DOESNT contain lidocaine. (Lidocaine usually comes in a blue tint). It is a topical anasthetic that slows down your healing process, so only use regular aloe vera.

And for quick but temporary relief, wrap ice packs in towels. It leeches the heat out of your skin to provide temporary comfort.

You can probably go outside tomorrow, I just recomend taking the Aloe with you, covering up, and trying to stay out of the sun. You don't want to burn your already burnt skin again. It will cause sun poisoning.
