Help This Is Stressing Me Out

Help! College is stressing me out.?

I have trouble concentrating and studying and my grades a dropping...i'm studing but it doesn't seem to help me in the end.
Can you give me some advice?

I'm helping my friend out with their issues, and it’s stressing me out a lot too. What do I do?

I'd imagine that the first thing you can do is take a deep breath and tell yourself that your friend’s issues are not yours to own. Then, take an assessment of your state of being. Feeling stressed? What can you do to decompress? You'll be in a better state to determine what your needs are and where you can set limits. The difficult part is probably setting a boundary with your friend. If you're going to be in a position of helping someone, you need to practice detaching a bit. Otherwise, your own health will suffer.

Math is stressing me out?

I not very good at math,i pay attention but i still dont get it.Im stressing out,i have a HUGE test the next couple of weeks.Even my teacher says i suck at math. That made me tear up because i thought a teacher would never say that to a student.Im stressed out and feel like im going to fail this grade, please help.

Chemistry is stressing me out D:?

if your just taking it because it's required for your major but you'll never use it after that I would just do whatever I could to pass the midterm and then say screw learning it. But if you really need to learn it, like learning anything, you have to find out the best ways for you to retain the information. Most people just read their textbook and then wonder why they never learn it. It's because when you read your not using your brain for anything at all it's just reading the words and the retention rate is nill. When you take notes in class take it home and try putting the information into symbols, diagrams, and funny jokes or whatever and then translate that back into the information. This way you are using your own creativity, your brain, and are learning as a by product.

For chemistry this may seem hard learning about entropy and whatever but it can be done, illustrate a stove top and show the energy leaving the system, but then draw a planet to show it's not exiting the universe and BAM, there's entropy. And that picture will stick with you forever. Understanding yourself and your study needs is what learnings all about and what is seriously lacking in our sad education system today

My job is stressing me out that I want to quit?

You need to print this off and show it to your husband. Talk it over with him and explain how anxious you get at work.

While it may not be feasible for you to just up and quit right now, perhaps you and your husband can plan for the day that you do quit. If you know that you'll only be there for X more months, you'll feel more relaxed at work and the anxiety will be less.

Once you've planned for a quit date, you can set your sights on actively finding a new job. With your husband's help you can go over your options:
* Moving to another place where there are better jobs. Maybe your husband also wants a change, but is afraid to uproot everybody. Maybe he doesn't know how you feel, so talk it over with him.
* Changing to a less demanding job. Maybe you won't make as much, but if you budget you may be able to find a job you like more and which won't stress you out. Everything in this world isn't dollars and cents, and if you'll be more relaxed and happy at home, your husband may even encourage you to find a different, lower-paying job.

Good luck!

Since the day I brought him home he's been completely off the walls hyperactive insane. He has everything he needs, cat trees, toys, I play with him everyday but he never gets tired, he has big windows and a lot of space, I have treated him the most affectionate of all my animals and I love him so much and swore I'd never get rid of him but I don't think I can handle this...

I was very anxious last night because I accidentally drank caffeine so I was up until 5 am, and was woken up by 6 am. I tried so hard to sleep but he was knocking things down off shelves, getting into boxes, meowing and meowing and meowing, and eventually I just woke up crying because this happens every single night and in the state I'm in a desperately need a good sleep. I've been gaining weight and having more attacks because I haven't been sleeping. And if I do I have to wake up around 10 to 15 times to get him to stop doing something.

When I'm awake, (I'm inside all the time because I'm agorophobic) he tries to play with the plugs behind the tv and every da

My friend stresses me out, help?

I have a best friend and we never fight, but frequently she stresses me out.
She tends to have a negative twist on everything.
She always gets off easy whenever in trouble.
She tends to snub people and think she's better than everyone else.
She's had this obsession over this guy(her other best friend) for over five years and complains about it and how she thinks that he thinks that she's putting him in the friendzone. but doesn't do anything about it. And she's mushy about it. Also, the problem is that he has liked me AND her as well. While i feel like a third wheel whenever we hang out.
She complains about how awful her family is.
She criticizes me and she never likes trying new things like making new friends.

I realize that people may ask why I'm even friends with her, but she has a lot of redeeming qualities and I, in no way mean to diss her. I just need some advice on handling the situation.

Homework stresses me out, help?

I have ADHD, Anxiety, and Aspergers. These have all been diagnosed by a doctor in case you don't believe me. I have to take medication for my ADHD and anxiety. I take the highest dosage for my height and weight.
I get a lot of hw for my classes. I try to do as much as possible at school but I often have to bring it home. I can not concentrate at home and I have worse anxiety at home as well.
When I am doing my homework, my brain hurts and I can't concentrate at all on the task at hand. I often have to redirect myself back on task. Every time I try and do my hw at home, I will get a panic attack and I will cry and start hyperventilating because of how overwhelming the hw is. After my panic attack is over. I can not concentrate what so ever and any chance I once had to complete my hw was gone.
This causes me to not be able to turn in my work on time. I even have panic attacks at school. I try and cover them up cause I don't want people to see me cry. I do not know what to do in order to complete my hw and some helpful tips on how to complete my hw while keeping my ADHD and anxiety under control would be nice. Thanks ahead of time.
