Well, if the dog ate it whole, you need to call a vet and see if there is any chance that the tiny bones could get lodged in its intestines. You also need to look in the dogs mouth and make sure that it doesn't have any feathers in there that could poke his/her throat or put tiny cuts in its mouth. Just keep an eye on your dog and make sure it dont get sick. Oher than that there is not much you can do, it;s in the dogs nature to eat small prey.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?! I HEARD THEYRE VERY BAD FOR DOGS! I was upstairs and I heard stuff downstairs and when I go there to check on things, my dog was eating the food my mom cooked and my mom put in big pieces of garlic in it. How can I help my dog with separation anxiety?
I have a very old small dog. He just recently developed what I think is separation anxiety. He will scream when I’m gone .. like I can hear him awhile floor down outside. My mother can no longer care for him and I have roommates.. He would be in a kennel which is new to him. Would getting another puppy help? What should I do? He’s still very active and I really don’t want to put him down. He’s a very special needs dog and adoption isn’t an option. I’ve had him for over 10 years give or take. I’m just stuck..

Hi, I KNOW this one.. been there , done that! you need to get a product called blood stop or something like that (don't know where you live).You can find it at any pet shop. It is styptic swabs or powder for dogs. (ferric subsulfate and benzocaine). If the styptic does not work, you are going to have to go to the vets to get it cauterized to make it stop. Pick up some Bitter Apple while you are out because there is no way he is going to leave it alone. Also, get some extra tape from the vet (the kind you can use on fur) and tape an old sock over the foot for a day to keep it dry. It should be ok by tomorrow, but keep from walking him on pavement because it can re-open it. Good luck!- dd
