Help With Coworker Problem

Problem with a co-worker?

So I've been at a new job as a temp for about a month now and so far I get along really well with everyone. One co-worker however insists that he doesn't need any help when I offer, even in the slightest, no matter how large or small the task may be even if he's starting to fall way behind. However I've realized that he will gladly allow pretty much anyone else to assist him when he starts falling behind, or even when he doesn't need help. I confronted him about this, and he accused me of being racist. This is completely untrue, and now I realize that he may try to get me fired, so my question is this. What if I said he accused me of being racist because I'm gay?

I can't get along with female coworkers...help?

I'm 22 and still having trouble getting along with female coworkers. I really think I'm the problem but honestly I don't know what I'm doing wrong. any place I've worked I've always gotten along better with the guys. I'm at a daycare now with like 7-8 female coworkers. I've worked 3 different restaurants in the past and I made friends easier with the male servers and the guys working in the kitchen. And no I'm not making reference to the girl with hot dogs on her face meme "I hang out with guys cause it's less drama", I mean I GET ALONG better with guys, the guys I really hang out with are the ones I've known for years, like since high school/college plus my fiance tags along when we hang with the guys, and I have never really hung out with coworkers outside work. regardless, I've made mention of this girl issue to my fiance and he says the same thing all the time, that I get along better with guys because they find me cute. but guys have never been vulgar towards me since I have a fiance but yes I've had multiple guy friends in the past have crushes on me, my fiance used to be just a guy friend. as far as I know I'm not a bad girl to be around, not like say Regina George, not showy or conceited or act like I'm queen bee, I'm actually very shy and will make innocuous comments like about the weather or compliment someone's clothing. I get along with women, like 30's-40's but somedays I really feel like Robin from HIMYM lol, she hates women and women hate her according to Lily

What should I say to my Coworker that I got in trouble?

......never apologize for doing your job.....you didn't set out to get your co -worker in trouble.......I covered for a guy one time.instead of being a snitch....he was my friend......they fired me for what he did........I kept my mouth shut......they even repo'd MY car that was financed there......illegally...........they later found out that Ron was the guilty party .........my old boss ran into me at a bar and asked me "why I did it?"........I said "he was my friend and I'm not a snitch"...........he said"yeah but he let YOU get fired for what HE did....with friends like that you don't need enemies"...........I never took the fall for anybody again........it's every man for himself.........you need to remember WHO writes YOUR check......and where YOUR future lies.........those employees will be quick to forget later on.......IF they're even still around...........you did your job.........get a thicker skin..........business is business................it's not YOUR fault Mark screwed up.......you owe him NOTHING...........if you feel you must say SOMETHING to Mark?............tell him the truth......you didn't MEAN for him to get in trouble.....how could YOU possibly know what HE did?..........he caused his OWN demise..........NOT YOU...........I would NOT apologize to him........just explain.........popularity at the expense of integrity is a bad deal for YOUR future .........and a bad deal for YOUR conscience......................and congratulations...........you're one step close to becoming a manager.........ciao..............

Please help me with this math problem.?

A window washer tosses his wet sponge from a height of 10 meters above ground level to his
coworker above him. The sponge reaches its maximum height of 11.25 meters exactly 0.5 second
later, but the coworker does not catch the sponge and it falls to ground. After how many seconds will
the sponge fall to a height of 10 meters? What is the span of time that the sponge is in the air?

Bipolar coworker?

One of my coworkers has erratic emotional problems. Many ups intermixed with a few downs. Her symptoms fit the description of bipolar disorder, but there is no way I could approach her about it (I know she has problems because I've been on the receiving end). I've been avoiding her as best as I can and she's alienating more and more of her coworkers so it's just a matter of time before some new blow-up occurs.

Has anyone encountered this sort of problem? How did you deal with it?
