Hey I Am 13 And I Wanttoloose My Somach And Arms I Really Want A Flat Stomach And I Want Tokeep My

I'm female, 16 years old, and 5'3". I want to get a flat stomach, as mine sticks out a fair amount. I also want to get really toned on my stomach. How can I lose weight and tone up in fewer than 7 months?

There's a lot you can do but the most important of all is that you have to be able to commit to the changes you need to make. It will take a disciplined mindset to get you there. I've never particularly had a weight problem but I did have a stomach and wanted to cut down my belly fat so I'll give you some tips that worked for me.Don't buy into any crazy low-calorie diets! Change the quality of calories you consume.A tip from the "Slow-Carb Diet"; consume 30 grams of protein within 30 mins to an hour of waking up every morning. Two egg whites or a can of tuna will approximately get you there. You could also supplement/substitute with whey protein if you desire. Also drink a glass of water first thing on mornings.Increase your overall protein consumption while moderately reducing your carb intake. This can be VERY hard but cut down on "white" foods if you can't completely eliminate them. E.g. White bread, white sugar, white rice, etc.Cut down on processed meats and other processed foods. This all sounds very daunting and you must be wondering what you'll ever eat but please trust that it's possible. For exercise, I could recommend lots of things but without knowing your base conditioning at the moment I'm stabbing in the dark. You can start with a combination of yoga and jogging/running. Play a sport like soccer if you're able to. You should also take up some type of strength training. When you exercise your body will demand more food. Don't take exercise as a license to fill your body with junk food! You'll still need to eat healthy to get results. This is very general but it's a place to start.I will reiterate: you have to stay strong and commit to the change you want. Being committed doesn't mean you have to put yourself through hell. You just have to know when and what to say no to.You could also join an online support community to stay encouraged.Hope this helped some.

How to get a flat stomach/abs for a 13 year old boy?

First off let me say that I too was once a fat kid in school. There's probably going to be some answers here about loving yourself for who you are. Those people are probably already skinny and can go to hell. Life in school became unbelievably better when I lost weight.

Four really simple things you can do to lose weight. Not easy mind you, but simple.

1. Don't eat crap. No chips, ice cream, cookies, excess amounts of margarine, all that stuff that you know is bad but you eat anyway. You don't have to eat healthy, just stop eating garbage.

2. Drink only water. Ever.

3. Get twenty minutes of exercise a day. Doesn't have to be full on running. Don't worry about optimal heart rate blah blah blah. Just do something active for twenty minutes each day.

4. When you fail and relapse, because you will, especially at the beginning, shrug it off and keep going. The first time I went outside for a run I lasted about 30 seconds. I then proceeded to eat four bags of lays. Keep at and don't give up and eventually you'll lose weight.

In grade ten I weighed 280. By the middle of grade 11 I weighed 190. I read somewhere that healthy weight loss is 1-2% of your total body weight per week but I never paid attention to that. I lost weight as fast I could. Hope you can do it too kid. Just whatever you do don't give up.

Gain weight and keep my flat stomach?

It's a good thing you've shared your story. It's a great that you took control once you knew you had mild anorexia. Understand that you will gain some belly fat when you bulk up (it's inevitable) but once you reach your overshoot weight you can then go on a "cut up diet" and lose excess fat from your belly. Below are tips which I recommend you use.

Write Up A Weight Gain Plan - Firstly you'll need to write up a plan detailing exactly what needs to be done to gain weight. Your plan should include how much weight you would like to gain, a deadline to reinforce the urgency to reach your goal, what foods to consume and which exercises to use.

Eat Smaller Meals Frequently - In order to consume more food you'll have to eat smaller but more frequent meals throughout the day. So that means instead of 3 large meals per day, you'll consume 6 smaller meals throughout the day. Foods to consume include brown rice, whole grain bread, pasta, beef, chicken, full-cream milk, high calorie fruits and vegetables. Benefits of eating smaller meals frequently include more energy, greater chance of gaining weight and satiety.

Use Resistance Exercises - Not only will you need to eat more food you'll also need to do resistance exercises to gain weight. These exercises include push ups, pull ups, chin ups, dips and squats. If you have access to the gym you should consider doing deadlifts, barbell and dumbbell squats, barbell bench press and dumbbell bench press. These exercises are one of the best for building muscle and gaining weight.

Within a few months you'll not only gain a considerable amount of weight, you'll also change the way your body looks, rounder curves and more feminine looking.

Skinny body, but big stomach?

You eat unhealthy and your body stores fat in your stomach more than other areas of your body. Everybody is a little different in where body fat is stored. Ab exercises does nothing but define your abs. You need to do two things. 1 would be to eat better. You should eat 4-5 times day. Every 3 hours eat something about the size of your fist. Cut out sweets and junk food. Do not eat before that 3 hour mark though, your body will get use to this. At first you will feel hungry but force yourself to wait for that 3 hour mark to eat. 2 would be to exercise. No not ab exercises becasue as I said all that does is define your abs. You cant see your abs though because thyre under a layer of fat on your stomach. You need to do cardio workouts. To lose weight you should be burning more calories than you consume. You should go look up how much calories you need a day to lose weight, which is based off of your height and age. Do not eat more calories than what it tells you to. Also what's in the calorie is just as important as how many calories. Do not eat unhealthy fats like trans-fats. Nuts on the other hand has healthy fats in it. This is important but you still do not want to many healthy fats either. You only need so many a day. Good luck.

Im really insecure about my weight?

Losing 10 lbs a month is a good and safe target. Any faster weight loss is likely to be temporary only and in most cases you regain it all.

Running, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing, push ups, sit ups, squats, brisk walking and power walking all help for weight loss but dieting helps more.

You can always eat negative calorie foods for weight loss and below is a list of negative calorie foods that will boost your metabolism.

Negative Calorie Fruits:
apples
cranberries
grapefruit
lemons
mangoes
oranges
pineapple
raspberries
strawberries
tangerines

Negative Calorie Vegetables:
asparagus
beets
broccoli
cabbage (green)
carrots
cauliflower
celery
Chile peppers (hot)
cucumber
dandelions
endives
garden cress
garlic
green beans
lettuce
onions
papaya
radishes
spinach
turnips

These foods don't actually have negative calories but when you eat these foods raw or slightly cooked your body burns more calories digesting and processing them than what is in the food itself.

For a healthy weight loss add some of these foods to your diet each day. Most of them are full of healthy nutrients such as fiber, antioxidants and enzymes as well as vitamins and minerals.
