Hi Guys Anyone Knows Where Is A Wholesaler For Vegetables

I'm planning to start a fresh vegetable delivery business with a budget of $15K. Can you help me decide what’s best to put the money into (transport, technology, etc.) and how/where to market the business (offices, residential, etc.)?

Hi I founded Online Vegetable and fruit store in Pune, India.I started with 8000 Rs. as investment and today I have monthly turnover of 400000 Rs. So money doesn't matter in this business to start, things which matters acc. to my experience listed below :1) Product Knowledge: You must have the knowledge of veggie n fruits in other to serve it to people. i.e variety, shelf life, shape n color2) Quality of products : Which is key in this business. Quality must b like people can store it at least a week.3) Service : Time is money so keep eye on time slot.4) Offers : People want discounts n it becomes trend now a days. Keep special offers for loyal n regular customers5) Price : Keep less margin initially in order to grab customer. Once impress n satisfied with quality n service they will pay u more.Try to design zero inventory model. Avoid storage. Store as less as possible. Start with small part of city n scale it step by step to all over city.In this type of business mouth to mouth publicity plays big role as it is daily need. Our till date records shown, your quality n service reduce a lot marketing budget. Instead of marketing we invest in quality n service.Keep website UI fresh, as it also matters.About your question here is Ans. 1) Invest more on logistics than technology.2) Fliers are best marketing medium to reach people whether it is office or residential. But try to focus more on residential customers. It always easy to target office customer but they are not loyal. All the best!!!

How to gain muscle/bulk up for skinny guys?

My source is an entire list of articles to answer your questions. They are organized by topic, so if you see a topic you're less interested, feel free to skip it, or come back to it later.

The basic gist of what you need to know:
- Eat healthy things, not junk
- Do a full body workout
- Make sure to include Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench Press in your workouts (not on the same day).
- Eat more calories than your body burns off, but don't go crazy overboard with that.
- Adding lean and dry muscle tissue takes YEARS. So don't think you're going to be ripped with muscle in just one summer.

Can old men still build muscles on their bodies if they train?

Weight and strength training can benefit anybody, fat or thin, young or old. Please note that nutrition is 50% more important than training in building muscles. You must consume at least 200 grams of protein every day.

However, for people who have no proper training or knowledge, it's good to join a gym or read up on self-help program. Some people feel intimidated when visiting a gym for the first time because there will be excellent human specimens there who will put them to shame. If that's the case, then a self-help nutrition and exercise program done at home is what's required. The muscle-specific exercises that can be done at home are: Squats for thighs, curls/pullups for biceps, pushups for chest, triceps and shoulders, twists for strengthening the waist, and sit ups for the abs.

Tips on proper nutrition are: Avoid processed foods that are packaged in cans, bottles, and boxes. Avoid most oils and lard except olive oil and grape seed oil. Take less salt, white sugar, white rice, white breads and potatoes. Take more natural foods such as unrefined sugar, brown rice, sweet potatoes, eggs, butter, lean meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and nuts.

Muscles will waste away when they are not used - use it or lose it. As one ages, the body will produce less hormones that are needed to build muscles. This fact, coupled with decreased physical activity as we grow older, will make the muscles waste away or be replaced by fat.

Can old men still build muscles on their bodies when they train? Yes, of course. You can be fit at any age, when you practise good diet habits, exercise and do workout.

How should I go about starting a fresh fruit and vegetable store in my town?

You are talking about starting a business. You need to have an idea of the financials behind it as a business. Maybe the place to start is with conversations with other people doing the same business, maybe in other towns if you think local people will see you as unwanted competition and give you trouble. So how much do you know about the fruit stand business. Where are you going to locate? How much will it cost for space? How much for equipment? How much for book keeping, advertising, power, etc.? Where are you getting the produce from, and at what price? What licenses do you need? Who do you have to hire and at what price? Try to remember that you and your family will need to be paid too. It is very common for Mom and Pop businesses to forget to include labour costs as part of their business expenses and this is a very serious mistake. Are you including waste allowances and borrowing costs? Health plans or other benefits? Taxes?A decent accountant might be able to help you get a business plan started. How are you going to meet the costs, pay yourself for doing it all, and make at least a fair profit for your business? Corporations must make some profit so they can afford to grow and to save for emergencies, even if it is a produce stand. How many tons o produce do you intend to sell, and can you do it from your selected location with your selected staff. You need to have an idea of how many customers you will be serving to do this.Once you have the costs understood you can decide how much you need to charge to make it. Once you place a price on your product you can usually find a better number for how many customers you need to make it worth while. Now you should have a good idea of your business plan, and a good idea of how much money you need to set up your business. Oh, did I forget to mention counting the cost of money? If you borrow you need to pay interest. If you use your own money you need to account for the loss of the interest it would have earned you.You might find you are better to do something else with your money, or you might find it will very profitable to register your business and open your produce stand. On the other hand, there are people here who will put up produce stands made from old 2x4 lumber and plywood, place their garden produce on them with prices marked, and a jar for people to put their money in.

Your investment starts with starts with small starter plant pots, good potting soil and packages of seeds. You can start with only one kind of seed until you feel comfortable. Start with herbs like parsley, chives, mint, and rosemary. All are very easy to grow and are some of the most popular for cooking.

Fill each small pot with soil, a few seeds and water according to directions. Place the pots on a windowsill or table near the window for light. If you place aluminum foil under the pots, it will reflect more light and provide a quicker growing time. Add new pots each week to maintain a rotation of herbs for sale. Each plant should bring you a profit of .50 to .75 each.

Pass the word to family, friends and co-workers you have starter plants and herbs for sale, fresh from the windowsill. I'm extremely short for a guy, help!?

I'm 22 years old and 5'4" without shoes on. With my tennis shoes on, I would stand at about 5'5"-5'5.5". If I wear my boots, I will stand at about 5'6.25".

Now I could wear even bigger boots that would make me stand at 5'6.75" which is almost 5'7". And 5'7" is 1" away from 5'8" and anywhere from 5'8"-5'11" is average height for a guy with 5'9-'510" being dead average.

The problem is the really big boots are quite uncomfortable, the regular boots are very comfortable and so are the tennis shoes.

Which shoes would you wear or what would you do if you were a guy and as short as me? I want to be taller so more girls will be interested in me and to command more respect from guys.

An half an inch seems like nothing, but every little bit closer to average height you get, the more it helps.

I've honestly had girls tell me that they I am such an awesome guy, but that they didn't like being taller than me in heels. One of these girls was 5'6", the other two were 5'7". It seems 5'7" girls are the worst about this.

What are some cheap places or markets in Bangalore for clothes?

Below are few good places in Bangalore for buying clothes at a bargain price. For more details on good shops in each of these markets, check out this post on cheap markets for Dress Materials in BangaloreIbrahim Saheb Street/Commercial StreetWell who doesn't know that Commercial street is a paradise for shopping. But there is also a parallel street called Ibrahim Saheb Street, which few people explore. We found that this street is a treasure trove of dress materials and clothes shops. You can get the same item at a much cheaper price here, but you need to know how to bargain. There are many small shops in this street, but they have good quality of materials. Check out Silver plaza for materials for your Salwar, satins or clothes with heavy work. One interesting part about Ibrahim Saheb Street is that you can buy the dress material and give it to one of the tailors on the roadside who will stitch it for you in 30mins to 1 hr. That too for just Rs. 300.SrirampuraSriramapura, Ramchandrapuram and Laxminarayanpura are adjacent areas at a distance of 1km walking. This area is heaven for anyone looking for fabrics or textile. They sell textiles in terms of KGs here, so you can understand how cheap it would be if you buy from here. These items are generally displayed outside of the store. They also have fabrics which they sell by metres, but that too is damn cheap. You will only find seasonal items here so go in the season to buy.You get all kind of fabric here from cotton, linen, knitted and felt items. If you are going by auto - tell him to drop at Bandi Reddy Circle, you can easily explore the whole area from there. How to reach : Easiest way is to get down at Srirampura Metro StationGandhi BazaarNear Basavanagudi, Gandhi Bazaar is South Bangalore's most popular market. On the road you will find many fruit, flower and vegetable vendors - but if you are courageous enough to venture inside - you will find a great range of shops selling from cotton dress materials to silk to colorful synthtic dress materials. And all this at a very reasonable price!Gandhi Bazaar Location in Google Maps : LocationChickpet Market/Avenue RoadChickpet Market and Avenue Road are adjacent to each other - and provide a plethora of choices. Although Chickpet is primarily famous for Sarees and Lehengas, they have a very good collection of dress materials also. Again, you need to have good judgement of cloth quality to buy from here otherwise you will easily get duped.

How much street vendor earns In india?

Well, i got a friend who has a fastfood centre near my place. Lemme dig about itFirst to start a fastfood centre you need to invest somewhere near 2.5 lakhs or in between to buy stuffs like chairs, tables, cooking stall, utensils and so. And it also includes advance to pay for the place to kick with. So first you should have 2 to 3 lakhs in your pocketSecond, you need two workers a cook and a helper. Daily wages for cook and helper is 1000 and 500 nowadays and it may differ place to place and person to person.Third, you can run the business by two ways either by leasing it or running it by yourself (running it by yourself will fetch you more profit than leasing) and other thing to be noted is business runs great in winter season more than in summer.Fourth, coming to the main part buying groceries costs around 600 to 1000 per day (rice, noodles, chicken, eggs and other stuff) which is sufficient to provide for 60 people (30 plates of fried rice and 30 plates of noodles)And lets say if the price for fried rice and noodles per plate is 100 and then we can expect 6000 rupees for 60 people. Out of which 1000 for cook, 500 for helper, 1000 for groceries and 500 for other stuffs like gas, rent, current overall 3000 will be reduced. So 6000–3000=3000 rupees. And do note that not everyday 60 customers will be there to buy food it may ranges from 40 to 60 people. So for 40 people it's 4000 -3000= 1000. So your profit is around 1000 to 3000 more or less. This is one way of doing business .i.e by running it yourselfOther way is by leasing it to the cook in which you have to write an agreement. In this you have to fix a price first like 1000 in winter or 750 in summer and it ll be paid by the cook to you daily no matter what and how the business profits are. All the profits or losses will be taken by cook you ll be safe getting paid daily. At the end you ll get 30000 or 22,500And right now he owns two shop one he gave for lease and other he runs himself . Now his earings are 900 *30= 27000 (lease shop, lease amount is 900) from one shop and 30k to 35k from other shop.
