Hi I Have An Issue Of Feeling Of Fever During Day Time 12 And After Sunset

I have had typhoid fever for 15 days. I took the medicine and I'm still having symptoms. The doctor told me that it's been cured, but I still have a headache, abdominal pain, throat pain, weakness, and fever. What should I do now?

Typhoid cannot be cured through medicines alone. DO NOT SELF MEDICATE. It needs medicine ( continuous for some time), diet (lot of water), rest and the body defense mechanism takes over to eliminate the virus. WIDAL will show positive even after 30 days. So, dont go by it. Consult a senior or government doctor (local and aged doctor in your locality) and obey whatever he/she says.Note: When i had typhoid, i tried to read a lot about it and took medicines without rest. I got relapse and was admitted to hospital needing saline and bed rest. I lost hair and became weak and paranoid. They stopped giving me medicines as i developed resistence. Hence, please dont read, dont take any advice from online forums or change doctors. A local doctor knows the number of cases in that locality and what medicine doses work better. Hence, please take rest, eat right food and mainly OBEY what doctor says suspending your intelligence and experience. This is not a disease that you can take lightly and medicine alone cannot cure this. I speak from experience.

Feel exhausted all the time but am sleeping well?

You seem to have a fatigue problem. Perhaps the energy vitamin B12 can help or a vitamin B complex. Coenzyme Q10 can also help to boost your energy level as in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22c... The super food Spirulina is another good energy booster.

One of the most common fatigue causes is anxiety, which is known to effect 40 million U.S. adults each year. Anxiety is a state of fear of real or imagined danger, which is manifested as increased heart rate, trembling, panic, weakness, extreme fatigue and stomach or intestinal discomfort. Anxiety disorders make up the largest mental illness diagnosis in the U.S.

Besides anxiety there are many other common fatigue causes such as insufficient sleep, too much sleep, under eating, thyroid problems or other illnesses (such as anemia, mononucleosis, CFS, glandular fever and many others), side effects from medication, dehydration, overexertion, an unhealthy diet and other causes as discussed in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22c...

Hi, I'm feeling a tad sick and was wondering if someone could help me figure out what I have?

It's been like three days, and I've had constant fatigue, been very pale, but no fever, heavy dark circles under my eyes, a nasty sore throat and swollen lymphnodes(can't spell it :( ) a slight craving for iron(partially anemic, might explain that) joint pain, a sensitivity to sunlight( not severe) and a constant ringing in my ears, and a bloody nose from time to time and a rash on my neck (I'm fifteen, so I don't know if there are any ailments specific to teens but I would love to feel better so please help)
Thanks,
Rose

Can we drink coconut water during fever?

A fever is part of the body’s defense against infection. When the immune system fights bacteria and viruses and other foreign invaders it brings on a fever. These foreign invaders are considered as fever producing substances known as pyrogens. These pyrogens trigger the immune system’s response and tell the hypothalamus to increase the temperature set point to enable the body to ward off the infection.Coconut water has superb antibacterial, antiviral and antioxidant properties which can defend the body against the harmful pathogens and reduce the fever. Drink three to four glasses of tender coconut water everyday. Coconut water will not only keep the body cool but it will also keep it well hydrated and duly nourished with key nutrients that will help sustain the body’s strength.

Really high fever and headache for 3 days?

I started feeling ill on this past Wednesday at work, my back started hurting and my neck started hurting, had a bad headache and I felt dizzy. I left work early and went home and discovered my temp was at about 100. No biggie, i took tylenol and sweated it out all night. Next day, same thing, fever came back. I still had that same headache, though was nauseated and couldn't eat. I threw up a few times at attempting to eat. I was still able to drink plenty of water. Went home, same thing, temp was at about 100 consistently. Took tylenol, and had the sweat out of a lifetime. I was so dilerious and out of it, I soaked my bed and everything with sweat. I felt ok in the wee hours of the morning, with 5 blankets on. I went to work, felt fine and then i felt the fever coming back on, the headache, backache and neck ache. i took some advil, sweat like crazy at work and then felt better. Left work and I was in the car and it was over 100 degrees outside and i turned on the heater. i had chillbumps which wouldn't go away and started shivering and shaking like crazy. Started feeling dizzy and misoriented. I got out my thermometer and i was at 100. Within the next hour my symptoms escalated and inside my ears hurt, headache and back hurt like crazy. Checked the temp, at 103. Within one hour it went from 100 to 104.2. I was red, bloodshot eyes, feeling dizzy, crazy. Came home and took some tylenol and got in a lukewarm bath. Im now at 101.5. I plan on going to the doctor in the morning because they couldn't fit me in today. Im worried that when the tylenol wears off the fever is going to explode again and Im freakin scared because I feel perfect other than the headache and back ache. I was able to eat normally and everything today. Any insight??

Fever after masturbation?

Ummmm -- the first indication that you have an unhealthy attitude toward human sexuality and masturbation is that you didn't start masturbating until you were 16 or 17 years old -most males start at around 12 or earlier.

As to your specific question -- if you are having fevers every two weeks it has nothing to do with masturbation, but should be looked at by a doctor -- don't even bothering to mention your masturbation - because frankly, any MD knows that masturbation causes NO NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS. Routine fevers are caused by low grade infections, generally. You may well have gotten a low grade infection at about the same time you "discovered" masturbation, but the two things have NOTHING to do with each other.

The only effects that masturbation has are positive ones -- improved sex life when you have a partner, much lower chance of prostate cancer, reduced risk of Prostatis, and less anxiety, at least when you aren't distracted by guilt learned when you were a tiny boy and someone said "don't touch that its dirty" -- which I doubt you consciously remember, but it is still feeding in your subconscious (the alternative is extreme religion, but my guess is that you would be too guilty to ask about it if it was religious conditioning - and yes, all religious boys masturbate too, most of them a lot more than you do).

So stop worrying about some magical negative effect from masturbation and get the actual symptoms treated.

Does dengue mosquitos bite only in daytime?

Dengue mosquitoes have been described as “ fearless day biters”.These mosquitoes are most active at dawn,a few hours before sunrise. And another active phase occurs few hours before sunset. However, although they are most active during these hours,it doesn't mean they cannot or do not bite at other times.Everyone assumes that mosquitoes bite at night. Yes ,they do. But dengue mosquitoes(Aedies Aegypti) are somewhat special,as they predominantly bite in daytime. We should be aware of this for our own safety and protection.
