It depends on you.Let me breif a little. Service based is a company which provides software products and services to anyone who asks for it for a price.Product based company is a company which makes products which might be/ might not be related to softwares, but they need IT department to make that product more sellable.So if u work at software services company :-Project can be anything. On anything.Deadlines are mostly defined by clients.Less innovation and flexibility.More strictness and multi tasking.Client will be dissatisfied mostly.You would get expert on the language u are working. But you cannot learn new. Because u dont have time.In case of small scale, company might fire you on the basis of no new projects or clients saying of ur performance.You get to know about new business and projects.You are providing services. Product of client is making of.If you are working in a product based company :-Company decides what they need and on what langauage and what is best for business.Deadlines are decided by internal management.You can get a little time to learn new things.Your management might not appreciate ut performance or work.You get to know more about ur companies business.Product making is more appreciated than service providing.Concentrate on that one thing u have been provided.More innovation on the same line of products.I would prefer a product based company.And it should be your personal decision as well.Good luck.Visit me-
How do I change a 3-month tourist visa to an employment visa in Dubai?
The tourist visa for 3 months could not be converted in to an employment visa. You have already used your tourist visa. So, if you are inside the UAE and want to get an employment visa, you can get it by two sources. First, get a job and your employer would provide you with an employment visa. Second, you can start your own business (trading or professional) and get a partner or investor visa for you.As soon as you get any visa from the two types of visas mentioned above, you can CHANGE YOUR STATUS and doing so there is no need for you to depart of exit the UAE. You can change your status and can proceed to complete other processes of Medical fitness, Emirated ID and visa stamping in your passport.So, there is no way to convert a tourist visa to an employment visa.Hope this will help.
What is IELTS score for applying Canadian work visa?

Usully looking out for jobs using tourist visa is not legally advisiable but it is a very common practise which happens for ages. So decide and take a calculated risk. Like to share few points :If possible don't quit from existing job from your country, can try for one month medical or personal leave some companies gives. So in case you didn't get a job in Dubai you still pay bills once your go home.Figure out which industry you would like to work depending on your educational background. Don't try for software related jobs in Dubai, you will still find one but comparatively less when compared to other industry and usually home county pays better.Try registering with all the major online job portals like bayt, dubbizle , gulf carriers for free. You could get an idea about the job market .Preprae a professional Resume and CV with your job skills according to company requirement. You can get help with some job portals with a minimum fee for that.Update your LinkedIn profile and add referenes from past employers that will increase your good will. Try to reach HR of your interest companies through LinkedIn.Plan your trip accordingly as during Ramdan not much hiring active happens.Once in Dubai try to publish your resume through paid service offered by GN carriers or bayt it actually increases your visibility of your CV by companies.Be professionally dressed ( possible in suit) for interview and be in the venue before time.If you get an offer and company asks you to work in visit visa don't agree for that because a heafty pain of 50000 dhms when got caught.Get a offer letter from company ,exit Dubai and come back in company's visa.All the best for your job hunt . .
