How Are Some People So Full Of Life They Refuse To Let Negativity Let Them Down

Why are people so negative?

It's easier to be negative than positive. People like to feel sorry for themselves and then sit back and think everything is going to solve itself. It's laziness. But just like anything in life if you put the effort to have a positive mind you will be glad you did it. I did it. Nobody would know how I used to be knowing who I am now.

How do you deal with negative or jealous people?

Just wondering if I 'm being too harsh...
You see I got a family member who is showing signs of jealousy towards me. I refuse to put up with this. I've have decided to not deal with this person and leave them out of my life. This person has shown some signs in the past and I tried to ignore it.
Is this too extreme?

I'm tired of being around negative people.?

either pretend around them or stop being around them

--- It's a very important existential question. As humans, we are in the not-exactly-enviable position of being able to question the value of our own lives....most of us can't avoid wondering about this. Most of us have brief moments of "good" strung together by periods of "bad" or "boring." So, I think for most people there are more bad moments than good ones.

Now, do I have a definite answer for you? No.

But I can give you something to think about. Something Nietzsche said when thinking about this type of question. What he asked was:

"What, if some day or night a demon were to steal after you into your loneliest loneliness and say to you: "This life as you now live it and have lived it, you will have to live once more and countless times more; and there will be nothing new in it, but every pain and every joy and every thought and sigh and everything unutterably small or great in your life will have to return to you, all in the same succession and sequence - even this spider and this moonlight between the trees, and even this moment and I myself. The eternal hourglass of existence is turned upside down again and again, and you with it, speck of dust!"

Nietzsche believed that if you could manage to live life so that it had even one brief moment that was - to you - so noble and beautiful and excellent and wondrous that it would make all the bad things worth the suffering.....then you were living correctly. And even that one moment of greatness could stamp your whole existence as worthwhile.

How do you remain positive despite all the negativity around?

First of all, accept whatever negative situation you are in.Accept that you can’t control it. It’s something out of your control. And trying to control it will make you feel more negative because you can’t control it.So after you accept that with all your heart and let it go and let it be as it is, the next step is to start finding some kind of solution if you can find one. Whatever is that solution. It might not solve the problem but it might make you feel better. Find a solution.Then try and find something positive out of the negative situation, and BELIEVE that there is going to be something positive after that situation. Successful people are successful because they believed that in every bad and negative situation there is something positive and their focus instead of seeing at the negative is to find the positive in those situations. So focus on finding at least something positive out of the negative. There is always something positive.Most probably you are stuck in your mind thinking negative. You should get out of your mind and feel, get in touch with your body. Some tools to help you are meditation, dynamic meditation by Osho and bioenergetic exercises ( Read Alexander Lowen books or watch Elliott Hulse vids on youtube for free)Just google them, find which one resonates within your heart and practice it.Another thing you can do when you are in a negative situation instead of going into your mind and think negative, go into a place where you can’t be interrupted by anyone and start thinking about the negative situation, let the negative feelings come and start expressing yourself. Start screaming, running or dancing chaotically, punching, kicking, crying, whatever you feel like doing, express yourself and exhaust yourself through this, then after you exaust yourself lie d0wn and breath. What i just described to you is basically similar to dynamic meditation by Osho.Good luck.
