Does coconut oil help with acne?
Try honey, it's a life saver! It has antioxidants, it's antibacterial, and suuuper moisturizing unlike most medical creams or serums made for acne which can result in peeling skin (ew).. Just put some natural organic raw honey on the acne (or all over your face if you want because it is also just good for your skin in general) and let it sit for 20 minutes to an hour, and then gently wash off with warm water! Coconut oil, is an oil which is a cause of acne. Use coconut oil on dry patches and on split ends xx

Palm oil and coconut oil bad?
For frying or cooking in a hot oven, Canola oil is the best to use ... it has minimal saturated fats and no transfats, and can be heated to the proper temperature for even deep frying. If you are making a salad dressing, though, you should use Extra Virgin Olive Oil ... again, there's no saturated fats and no transfats, and it's even better than Canola oil in recipes that are not heated at all or are only 'warmed' after the oil is added. Olive oil burns at a lower temperature than Canola oil, so use Canola when 'cooking' and Extra Virgin Olive Oil when 'fixing' some food ...
