I know 3 ways to do so:-SuicideInstant escape. Requires a lot of courage. You wouldn’t feel anything because you would be dead but those who cared about you would be devastated. Not advisable to throw away what you got after beating millions of other sperms just to be born.2. DrugsSimilar to suicide except for the fact that you’ll be alive from outside but dead from inside. You’ll lose everything and everyone. Every hit will be less effective than the last one. You’ll either spend your life hopelessly searching for the first hit or die from OD.3. MusicMy personal favourite. The language of the heart. It has never failed me. It has always taken away my stress and sorrow. Even my heart’s beating is a rhythm. That’s music. It’s the cheapest and the best exit from life. When you’ll return back to life, you’ll be cleansed of all your sorrows and pain and ready to take the world head on.

It’s good that you are beginning to become self aware of your environment. But here’s a thingStop worrying about what others think about you and stop trying to please others and be yourself. You will be amazed on how much positive energy you will have.You are the average of five people you hang out with. If you hang out with five gossipers, you will become the sixth gossiper. If you hang out with five courageous people, you will become the sixth.If it’s your friends that are being negative towards you, then they are obviously not your friends and you should find better ones. If it’s your family, well there’s not really much you can do and your best bet is to ignore whatever negativity they have to say.Don’t become the product of your environment. Learn to become self aware of what’s going on in your environment, remove all those toxic factors, realize that you have self control, and you will start to see some more positive things.

Once upon a time a daughter complained to her father that her life was miserable and that she didn’t know how she was going to make it. She was tired of fighting and struggling all the time. It seemed just as one problem was solved, another one soon followed. Her father, a chef, took her to the kitchen. He filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire.Once the three pots began to boil, he placed potatoes in one pot, eggs in the second pot and ground coffee beans in the third pot. He then let them sit and boil, without saying a word to his daughter. The daughter, moaned and impatiently waited, wondering what he was doing. After twenty minutes he turned off the burners. He took the potatoes out of the pot and placed them in a bowl. He pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl. He then ladled the coffee out and placed it in a cup.Turning to her, he asked. “Daughter, what do you see?” “Potatoes, eggs and coffee,” she hastily replied.“Look closer”, he said, “and touch the potatoes.” She did and noted that they were soft.He then asked her to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard-boiled egg.Finally, he asked her to sip the coffee. Its rich aroma brought a smile to her face.“Father, what does this mean?” she asked.He then explained that the potatoes, the eggs and coffee beans had each faced the same adversity-the boiling water. However, each one reacted differently. The potato went in strong, hard and unrelenting, but in boiling water, it became soft and weak. The egg was fragile, with the thin outer shell protecting its liquid interior until it was put in the boiling water. Then the inside of the egg became hard. However, the ground coffee beans were unique. After they were exposed to the boiling water, they changed the water and created something new.“Which one are you?” he asked his daughter. “When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a potato, an egg, or a coffee bean?”Moral: In life, things happen around us, things happen to us, but the only thing that truly matters is how you choose to react to it and what you make out of it. Life is all about leaning, adopting and converting all the struggles that we experience into something positive.Think Different, Be Different

I did that and I wanna do it again and again!My SECRET: Freedom of FAILUREI am gonna demonstrate with an example in my life! On 27/09/16, I was broke thinking that I could not achieve anything in this world. YES, I have failed many times in my M.Tech 1st year. I wanted to escape life just like as you did. I was just living an average life as everyone else. But remember my friend you cannot escape life unless you know how to deal with it.On that day, I have decided to fail once again as I have no hopes.Fortunately, because of that FREEDOM, my confidence has grown like an avalanche and today, after 8 months, I became an unique person, may be not successful in this crazy society. But one day, I will be successful as I don’t care what you would think and judge about me and I don’t care about success too as I have failed enough in my life.Yes I am ready to fail once again and again and again but I believe that the scale of my failures is escalating as I am pushing my limits each and every time I fight. Its all because I don’t care! I am free!!

Good luck with that….the answer is…you can’t.And if you see life as a series of traps and that is your expectation then that is surely what you will have.Having said that…without them you wouldn’t learn, grow and reach your highest potential. It is our mistakes and lessons that guide us to that potential.‘Traps’ have a purpose. To help you become a better you.Remember its not what happens to you that matters most…its what you do with those things that happen to you that counts…The biggest trap is your own mind set, your thinking and your subconscious beliefs.Our conscious thoughts create our feelings and combined they create our subconscious beliefs .Our subconscious beliefs attract people, experiences and things into our lives. Its like a delivery service. It doesn’t care if what you are asking for is good or bad for you.It really doesn’t.It just delivers to you more of whatever you are thinking.What ever you believe to be true will be true for you.Quote Henry Ford… “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t…either way you are right..”

What are some of the best ways to escape a negative mindset?

Read "Learned Optimism" by Martin Seligman is a good start.A conscious change from a negative mind set to a positive mind set first requires a person to recognise their negative mind set.  If they reject that they have a negative mind set they will be unable to consciously change.  Acceptance of oneself, as one currently is, is positive.A negative mind set is a useful trait in many circumstances, its most excellent for enhancing defensive pessimism.  That's one example of how one can view one's own possibly incorrectly labelled negative mindset as positive.Find the positive within the negative, is not the double dutch that it seems upon first consideration.Redefining away from absolutes is a good way to lessen the impact of negative thinking.eg. "I'm no good at maths"  is negative thinking, and offers no way forward.rephrase that as,"I'm currently no good at algebra, after I've spent a few hours studying it I'll improve."Permanent and pervasive negative thinking is particularly something that one should avoid due to the way it makes one feel - essentially hopeless, and the more one thinks like that the more one learns hopelessness.Hence, educating oneself on the language one is using - on the real meanings of the words and phrases one self talks is important to moving towards a more positive mind set, and why I've suggested "Learned Optimism" as a reading.
