If you want to look “strong” and “aesthetic” MMA 5 times a week simply isn't your thing.All the amateur boxers, trainers I've sparred with never looked particularly shredded or muscular. It's simply because when you do combat sports you're automatically training your endurance muscles (long twitch muscle fibers) as opposed to the short twitch muscle fibers, since you're training to got a certain number of 3 minute or 5 minute rounds.Now you could counter that by strength training on your off days and fixing your diet to bulk up. All the cardio from MMA will help you lose the excess fat, but that requires a heavier time commitment to training, and not to mention other problems arising during sparring like gassing out quicker.If you just want to look good though, drop the MMA training and focus on bodybuilding. MMA training is really just a lot of specific cardio, and it could be replaced by just running if you want.Edit: after seeing your comment their also might be an issue of over training. If you're pursuing MMA full time then you could probably use the rest of your time to recover. But if you're pursuing other things (job, college etc) you might want to take some time off from working out to rest and recover.

3.7L V6 make it stronger and faster?

I have an 08' 3.7L V6 ram single cab rwd. Its real slow and not loud enough. Any engine modification suggestions? Like an air filter, headers, intake systems, exhaust pipe. I need names of all these.

How can i punch stronger and faster?

Well Strength is a huge factor, but also force is a huge factor.
The most efficient and fast way to punch someone would be jabbing them.

Use your weak arm for jabbing and the strong arm for Hard drawn back punches. You may think your punches are weak but trust me it just feels that way.

Best bet is to lift weights or practice your punches on a punching bag and constantly do that and you will build more impact.

Tip: When fighting NEVER Swing your fist around from the outside. You may feel more powerful but those punches are the easiest to counter.

From now until Tuesday is a very short period of time. What kind of fitness machines will you be using? But in general, try to do push-ups and do dips off the side of a bathtub. If you have a bar, do pull-ups (some with your hands facing away from you and some with them facing towards you), and even just hanging works your forearms/arms/shoulders. Your technical skills are not developed yet, and are far more important than how fast and strong you are now.
