How do i lose the belly fat while bulking muslce wise?

I'm 21 yrs old and 170lbs. The only fat on my body is on my belly and sides. What type of routine should i use to get rid of that fat while being able to bulk? I typically do the elyptical for 15-20 mins and then lift, about 3 days a week. What do u guys think i should do in those 3 days? any specific routine? BTW i dont want to be football player huge, just cut where m muscles show and i dont have the belly fat.

Ok so Im not fat but I have these love handles that just wont go away. After I had my daughter I joined the gym and I lost most of my weight. My stomach is even back to normal size but these love handles just wont go away. I can put on a pair of jeans and a tight shirt, my stomach will look flat but my sides stick out. Please someone tell me a good way to get rid of them.
