How to get thinner arms and lose fat?

Im a 5'2" girl, 21. I weight about 105lbs. Even though im thin looking and petite, i have a bulgy stomach and fatty arms. This makes me feel disproportional, and because im short. Im currently doing arm exercises like bicep curls, lateral raises, rear delt fly, and over head tricep extension, 3 sets of 15reps. Im doing these all with 5lbs weights. I feel the burn and i can feel muscles growing. But everywhere i read, it says that if you want skinny arms you have to use light weights with multiple reps. These 5lbs weight feel heavy to me, and i thought it was because i don't have strong arms and eventually getting stronger will get rid of that heavy feeling. My question is, are these weights too heavy for me..and how do i know if weights are too heavy aside for not being able to lift?...and will i get bigger arms instead of skinny tone arms with these 5lb weights? Also...any overall solutions you guys may have for fat loss and calorie burning excercies for the whole body. Thank you in advance. And please, no comments about just loving my body, and being happy with my weight, because even skinny girls have unattractive bodies. The perfect body would be that of an athlete or someone who got airbrushed in a picture. I want to have an athletic tone looking body. Thank you again.

How to lose arm fat without gaining muscle?

Hi, first of all you shouldn't worry too much about gaining muscle. You will not gain muscle easily, it takes a lot of work.

The second thing is that just working your arms is not going to help you to lose arm fat. Fat, regardless where it is on the body is lost through burning calories. The best way to burn calories is to do exercises that are going to impact your whole body. This will mean that you will burn fat all over.

The other problem is that when you first start to exercise, one of the first things that you lose is muscle, and not necessarily fat. You need to avoid this, and this means doing some body weight exercises.

So start doing some free squats and some push ups. If you can't do normal push ups, try having your knees on the floor. These exercises will keep your arms and legs toned. Again don't worry about getting muscle, because it won't happen unless you do a lot more work.

Even in the unlikelihood that you start seeing a bit of muscle, just drop back on the training a little.

Gain muscle on skinny arms?

1.you need alot of protien.Protien shakes are great.
2.eat alot of meat,chicken,turkey
3.easy on the starches(potatoes,rice,pasta.)turns into sugar which leads to belly fat.Make it wheat.(it doesnot expand in your tummy or rear.
4.lay off all sugar.No soda!no gatorade
5.Do drink-lots of water-Diet colas-vitamin water -v8(spicey)
6.you need to gain muscle weight,not body weight
7.take a multi-vitamin.(will give all nutrients you may have missed throughout the day)
8.Lots of veggies.
This is to gain muscle mass,withought turnning into a faty big guy.
Do some cardio strictly to loose some belly fat but when you do weight lifting that also burns calories and turns fat into muscle.lift 2 muscles in 1 day.
ex-biscepts,and calf raises (monday)cardio
Chest,(tuesday)
Thighs-quads(wed)
cardio(thursday)
back,stomach (friday)
Tricepts,cardio(saturday)
If you do a muscle group more than once a week,(its not building it,it needs to rest
