I want to have my mom arrested for selling my laptop?
I need to file charges against her because she sold it. I think I have a good case. I got a recording of her admitting to selling it on my cell phone. I had thousands of dollars of software on it. I was arrested on heroine charges. I happened to be driving my parents SUV at the time. My mom said she sold it because she didn't want me to have something to sell to get drugs with since she had just gotten it out of hock for me. I earned that money beacuse I babysat for them. It was $230. They wouldn't even bail me out of jail or get a lawyer for me. I know they don't charge me rent for living here. They should not have kids if they are not going to take care of them. I had a game on there and it helps me relax. Now I could relapse because of them. The younger siblings are always loud and playing. It stresses me out. I can't take it. My mom says to just move out because I'm 20, but they really need to take care of me. Where am I gonna go? I was living with a friend of mine in his parent's rental property but I trashed it and now I owe them a few thousand dollars. I can't go to them. That's pretty much all I have. So I want to be able to put my mom in jail for selling my laptop. It was registered to my. My dad bought it. She says that since she got it out of hock for me selling it to get drugs, I wasn't going to get it back. I don't think she's right...Like I said I have proof. I even have proof of her admitting wanting to leave my dad and she used to drink a lot...When she was a kid she said she used cocaine.

My situation is a bit different. I was engaged but during our engagement, we found out that I was expecting. We were excited and even talked about moving our wedding date closer (we set our date 1 year after the engagement and 7 months in, that's when we found out that I was 6 weeks pregnant). A month after we found out, my ex started becoming very verbally abusive and then it turned physical during the pregnancy.Unfortunately, I stayed because I wanted us to be a nuclear family and every time he'd do something, he would cry and apologize immediately for it. I would forgive him, but one day he took it too far and threw my laptop at me. At the time, I was on leave from work due to health problems and I had cancelled the wedding, but I was expecting, had very health problems, and I start feeling bad because I wasn't married.I'm glad we didn't get married and I saw his true colors. I was able to find a stable work from home job and for the past 3 years, I've been doing well working from home. It helps me take care of my family and allows me to continue working opposed to being at home without a job. I always recommend checking for reliable companies that hire work from home workers. They are out there if you take the time to research for them. So I'm a stay at home mom that also works from home.If working from home isn't for you (or that person) then find a job outside the house or go back to school and learn something different and see how it can apply to your life professionally and personally.It's possible and can be done!

You have such a great idea. My university friends makes money by selling Muslimah attire online. She become so succesfull that now she produce it herself since the demand are so high that her curent provider enable to give her enough amount of clothes.My other friend used to makes cookies and sell them to her fellow student’s parents, and she do it very well. There is a facebook friend who like to write and she make a book about her cat. Her cruel yet smart cat named Pacoh Adeh become the most popular cat in facebook until he is deceased several month ago.I am selling laptops spare part like keyboards, led panel, adaptors, batteries etc, and secondhand laptops and netbook as well, online. Is it okay for my mom or dad to walk into my room without knocking?
I received a whiney complaint email from you after answering another one of your emails, and in that email you claimed: "My brothers come walking into my room all the time with nothing but a towel on, grabbing their ball sack. My mother makes me take care of my Autistic sister when she has episodes. My mother doesn't bother making me dinner, refuses to buy me clothes or things that I need. I'm home-schooled but my mother does none of the schooling, I school myself. I'm made to clean all the time and it doesn't matter if I'm doing school or not, I HAVE to do it or I get privilages taken away which is using my computer or phone, because I'm not allowed to go out. I have PCOS yet my mom refuses to take me to a doctor to get help. I have 15 cavaties, yet I brush my teeth everyday 3 times a day. Neglect? Yes. Do I have to grow up? I am grown up. You should know the facts before you say **** like you said." But in THIS question you claim that you lay naked on your bed after you get home from school. Really? Are you a troll, a liar, or a combination of the two. 1. Sitting naked in an unlocked room is an invitation to be seen naked. You want to be naked, go to the bathroom where you can lock the door. Otherwise quit whining about being seen. This isn't "YOUR" room. It belongs to your parents and they allow you to use it. They can walk in there anytime they darn well please. 2. Your mother does NOT have to "legally buy" you deodorant, razors, tampons or any other "accessory." She can literally provide you with one set of clothes and soap. And that's it. 3. As I said in my reply to your whiney email: You are 17, not four. It is perfectly acceptable for you to make your own meals. And frankly, with your whiney sense of entitlement it's not surprising that your parents aren't preparing meals for you. And FYI: Just because you purchased these items with your own money doesn't make it yours. The law does not allow an unemancipated minor to own property. And your parents have the right to confiscate anything you purchased - and they don't have to return it.
