It depends on what you want, where you want it, how quickly, and how well you able to turn a profit.for fun and to through out some safe numbers, to start a 2bbl nano brewery in a 800 sq ft space in an industrial park could cost somewhere around 22,000 to start and sustain till you are able to start selling beer. I would also plan on not making a profit for a year.There are a bunch of books out there. How much would the owner of a successful brewery/brewpub make?
I'm not asking about the brewer, but the owner of the brewery. I know with business, the potential is really anything, but on average how much does the average craft or micro brewery bring in? How much does the average brewpub bring in, and how much does a more successful brewery like Highland brewing, 21st amendment, or great lakes bring in? Also what kind of overhead are we looking at?
