How can you see if someone that's not on your friends list on Facebook is on Facebook?
Search for their name in Messenger, scroll down to ‘'More people’ . A blue icon means they’re online, a grey means they’re not.Or, and this only works if you've messaged them before, go to the conversation in Messenger and at the top of the conversation, just below their name, it'll tell you if they're ‘'active now’ or how long it's been since they were online/active (same thing).
How to not show up in my friends FACEBOOK list?
Okay, so I don't want anyone to be able to go on their facebook page and when they click on "friends" to be able to see me... i recently deleted someone on FB (long story i know they are gonna find out) but I don't want them to be able to go to our mutual friends, click their friends list and see me.... looks like i thuoght it worked when i changed settings but then my mom is also a mutual friend and I went under her profile, clicked friends and it showed me........another question, when you block someone, that's how I did it instead of hitting "unfriend", would this person show up in our mutual friends list??
If someone's not a friend on Facebook, can you see if they're online on Messenger?
Hello, now it doesn't work now. Several days before I could see who is online on Messenger, or how long he/she is offline. Not only my friends on Facebook, but it worked also with people who writes me, but we are not friends on Facebook. Yesterday it deffinitely stopped working. I think thanks to actualization of the application? I don't know. I have both: Messenger and Messenger Lite. No from them works with showing these times how long offline is the person you are not friends on Facebook with. I can see only my friends online or how long are they offline. Other contacts, who are no my friends on Facebook, I can see only if they are online in real time, but I can't see, how long are they offline. What happened? Can I give it back by any way? Thanks a lot.
If I were to message someone who's not my friend on Facebook using the Messenger app, would they get the notifications on their phone even if they don't have messenger?
Previously the message would hop into the Others folder which was usually considered a graveyard. No one ever looks into that even when I went into it for first time I was amazed that I had like 39 messages from others users. Besides Now, I can see that facebook has added a new feature and whenever you receive a new message you will get a notification saying "You have a new message request" so you can easily look into and its your wish to accept or to decline that message.So I would suggest you to send him a message again now and It will surely be seen by him and if he does not reply then stop stalking him. Hoping that would clear your doubts.
Facebook poking without being on friend list?
I had someone on my facebook friend list and poked back and forth. Then I deleted this friend from my list and I am private. I recently got a notification that she sent me a poke. Is this even possible? If they arent on my friend list how could this have happened? Could they have somehow seen me on another persons friend list and poked? She said she didnt send it. Can someone keep a poke from months ago and then send it out once youre not friends? Could she have sent pokes to everyone in her list without even realizing it was an old poke from me? Confused:(
If I unblock someone on Facebook, why do I have to send a friend request if I was the one who originated the block?
There are two conditions when you block a person on Facebook.He/she is in your friend list: If he/she is in your friend list and you just block him, Facebook will remove you from his/her friend list also and when you unblock him, Facebook send him a friend request from your side because he/she was in your friend list when you blocked him.He/she is not your friend: If you blocked someone who's not in your friend list and after sometime when you unblocked him, Facebook will not send a friend request to him because he/she was not in your friend list when you blocked him.
Why would a former Facebook friend show active on messenger when she isn't a Facebook friend?

Facebook: I can't view a friend's profile on Facebook. She didn't block me. How can I fix this?
I’ve been wondering the same thing since I have the same problem with one of my friends from school.*cough* my crush..Yeah, sometimes her profile won’t show in the search bar, and even if somehow I manage to find her profile through past activities, the profile won’t load, it just shows an error message.She doesn’t appear on past notifications or won’t show activity on any post for a few hours at most. However, I’ve noticed that she does appear when I type her username on the chat, I can open the chat but it says “you were friends on facebook”.I know she didn’t blocked me, she has no reason. I know she didn’t unfriend me, because like I previously mentioned…everything seems to go back to normal after a few hours, maybe one or two days. This has happened to me about 3 or 4 times with the same person, eventually it all goes back to normal.Maybe people make changes to their profile and it takes a while for FB to process it. It is like a glitch, an error. Wait a few hours and maybe her profile will be available for you again.
