How Can I Stay Awake Throughout The Whole School Day

How to stay full throughout the day?

I am currently in high school. I eat breakfast at 6:30 am, and I leave for school at 6:50 am. Everyday I eat just one bowl of cereal for breakfast, and it varies from Cheerios (apple cinnamon, peanut butter, or honey nut), Coco Puffs (whole grain), or Special K (chocolate delight). I eat these because they have about 2-3 grams of fiber, and fiber keeps you full longer. I also eat a granola bar, as these have fiber too. However, I do not stay full for as long as I should.

In school my stomach begins to growl around 10 am. I know this because that is when my second period class starts.
What I'm asking is, what foods can I eat to keep me full longer? Or should I eat more?

Keep in mind that I really only have 10-15 minutes to eat in the morning, and at school, in the morning, I have 30 minutes.

How do I stay awake after coming home from school?

Simple. Eat the proteins for breakfast and lunch -- proteins take the most time to digest, and this will give your body the whole day to do it -- and you need more than just a sandwich between breakfast and the "4:15 PM feeding". Carbohydrates are also a good idea during the day, because they are what gives the energy to do things. Cut out, or at least cut down on, the caffeinated crap, such as the chocolate and sodas (they also contain the processed sugars you really do not need).

Once you're home for the day, skip the nap. All you're doing by taking the late-day nap is setting yourself up for the late-night non-sleep. Plus, by going to sleep right after eating, you're shutting down the digestive system and all that food you just ate is basically being wasted. (Late afternoon/early evening is the time when you should be eating most of the carbs). Instead of eating and then taking a nap right away, how about eating while doing the homework? It's fairly easy for me to doze off while reading, but I find it near impossible to fall asleep while eating while reading....

Oh, and to help you concentrate on the homework, shut off the radio, the TV and all the other "entertainment" gizmos.

How do I stay awake for the whole day after a late night studying?

One way is to caffeinate. But do it only if you already have had enough sleep during daytime.Adequate amount of sleep can defunct your mind and grasping capacity. Especially for students getting proper sleep is next to studying. Never skip your dozing hours. Get yourself good 6–7 hrs sleep everyday in order to continue retaining your efficiency.

How do you stay focused and awake during and after a rigorous school day?

1. Make sure you get enough sleep. Take a cool shower in the morning to wake you up and keep you awake during the day.2. If you're tired when you wake up or after school, go out for a run or something like that. You'll get a rush of adrenaline and it'll give you a boost.

How can I sleep less and stay awake during the whole day?

If you want to study well then sleep longer than 4 hours. You need to sleep to retain memories and for the brain to function well. Get better at managing your time while awake and get a good nights sleep. Plan your day to study regularly and stick with it. Regular breaks, regular healthy meals and plenty of sleep at night will work far better than coffee and red bull every 10 minutes while reading text books with 4 hours a night sleep. Some people can function on 4 hours sleep, if you are falling asleep in math class then you are not one of them. Figure out how much sleep you need to work best. I need between 7 and 8. Less than 7 my concentration lapses and I remember less.

I've been awake for 32 hours without being tired, any ideas why?

Either you haven't been involving yourself in many physical activities and have a lot of sugars that haven't been burnt and this is providing you with an unusual source of energy/awareness, or that due to other factors in your life you are very motivated right now? I apologize if these are wrong but this is all i can think of from your description.
