Why is facebook not working on my computer!?
I have been having this same problem. Someone suggested going to http://facebook.com/login it doesn't connect you, but it gives you the email and password boxes at the top where you can log in. It worked for me, hopefully it will work for you! Good Luck & Happy face-booking
If I delete Facebook messages off my computer will they delete off my phone?
I thought it would and double checked; it does. Messages deleted anywhere across Messenger will most likely delete across each other. As long as the device is connected to the internet, the message will be deleted everything exists in which it can be seen by you. Do note that other users can still use those messages.

You may have been unlucky to be among a group of users who have been falsely identified. Like you, I’ve gone through the charade and took Facebook at its word, but its scan (which you have to do to gain access) actually knocked out the real antivirus program on my system. And like you, I’ve tried using other computers (Lubuntu and Mac OS) in addition to Windows, and confronted false malware accusations on them all (including a fresh OS inside a virtual machine). I had the same problem! I have a ton of old (and embarrassing) college photos on Facebook that I made private. But I didn't delete them for the longest time because I lost the original copies and downloading one by one from FB is a pain. You can actually use our new app odrive - Download All Your Facebook Albums - it downloads all your Facebook photos, albums and even tagged photos of you onto your computer. Once you get them you can just save them else where so you can keep them private. Hope this helps!
