How Can I Temporarily Stop The Ordering Process On My Yahoo Site Builder Site I Am Going On

Why am I getting over 100 spam e mail messages per day?

SPAM is horrible stuff. you can safeguard yourself by creating an alias account that you use for signing up for services... a lot of spammers use co registration and affiliate signups to get your address then they just keep sending crap... I got 7 emails this weekeing from nigeria telling me I won the lottery (how lucky) am the last surviving heir to the barrister etc etc.

There is a really cool service called temporary inbox... (i think the website is temporaryinbox.com or something).. you can search the internet to find it... it lets you create a temporary email address that lasts for 6 hours...that way you can confirm stuff and get access to things without ever giving out your real email address.... If you use fireox there is a plugin that lets you just click on button to create the email address....

a safe way to keep spammers away is to never give out your actual email address.. I create aliases at all the free sites... hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc... and then based whether i want o be contacted or not I will use one of the emails... hotmail (never want to respond) gmail (might respond) and yahoo - for friends only...

it works for me... but in summation spam sucks...

How do you get a restraining order against someone?

It depends where you live. Google "how to get a restraining order in [your state]" as the process is different from state to state
You need lots of PROOF this person is threatening, harassing or stalking you - that means copies of police reports, messages, voice mails, witness statements, photos, etc - for a judge to grant the order

I had to get a restraining order against a guy who was stalking me. I had called the police about him 3 times for stalking me. I had itemized bills from my phone company showing he would text or call me up to 30 times a day. I had over 75 pages of print outs of emails or social media messages he had sent me. I had pictures of him trying to hide between cars or in the bushes of the parking lot outside my office. I had notarized statements from several people at work, including a security guard, who witnessed him trying to grab me in the parking lot and saw him trying to get into my office building by lying about who he was.
You have to prove that you have told them to stop contacting you, you have made all attempts to block them from contacting you, and that you are not responding to them at all. If they are texting you and you keep responding, it's no longer consider stalking because it's a two-way conversation. You tell them once to stop all contact then if they keep contacting you, you don't respond no matter what. That shows you are not responding

All relationships are temporary even if death parts you?

I don't think this is accurate. First off, you need to source your claim that attraction fades in three years. Without this source, it is hard for us to comment on that aspect of your claim.

Second, society hasn't thrust anything on you. You can chose to get married or chose to live life like a bachelor. You can have sex with multiple partners, be serially monogamous, or be monogamous with one person your entire life. No one is forcing you to do anything. And cultural expectations are no longer what they were in the 50s and 60s (which is what it sounds like you are railing against).

Third, love isn't simply about attraction. It is about a profound emotional connection, which often starts with an initial physical attraction. While you may want to be with your lovers for three years at a time, take a break and then get back into the relationship game for another three years or so. Most people don't work that way. Most people desire a stable home environment, and stable companionship through the years.

Fourth, I really have to challenge attraction fading in 3 years. I've been married for 15 years, and I still think my wife is one of the sexiest women on the planet. That initial passion, where you are having sex with each other every day, of course is going to diminish through familiarity. But most people, after years of marriage, wouldn't want sex every day (even if it is with someone else).

Fifth, you need to make more of a case that the "normal run of events" is for people to be in and out of 3 year at a time relationships. Trust me, having known people that tried this. In my experience they all end up pretty lonely by their 40s and 50s. Whereas the people who have a spouse and have children, are psychologically much better off.

And before you yell at me for giving a personal example, remember you haven't proven anything. You haven't even given sources. You just made the claim that scientists have proven attraction ends in three years. Which, even if true, doesn't prove your position, because marriage is about more than attraction.

Can anybody tell me the complete plot to the movie Rest Stop?

Haha I know I won't get the best answer cause of Joe, but I just wanted to tell you that I'm watching this movie too! Very ironic, I searched on yahoo answers to find the plot cause I turned it on late and you just asked this 45 minutes ago!

As Robert describes they will check against what to you submitted in your resume. If they verify those, then all is ok. But I want to add more things in this.It is not true that HR won’t check things you didn’t disclose. As it is Employer’s duty to provide safe surroundings to his/her clients, customers and employees. Background check is not just about Employment (name, dates, title) and Education (name, subject, graduation)Background Check contains much other important information, some are listed below.Drug and alcohol recordWorker's compensation appeal/benefits historyFDIC recordCivil court claimsVolunteer backgroundCriminal recordWork eligibilityMilitary recordDriver violationCredit historySocial securityand some other checksWhat HR do for background check? Now a day’s most of companies hire firm or contact the firm they are already registered for background employment check. Why is it OK for an employer to complete employee background check before interview process?Because knowing all about someone’s background before hiring is good as mentioned above it is employer’s duty to provide safety to clients and employees.………………………………….Personal Experience……………………………………Well if I share my experience about Firm who provides Background Check and other Details like Corporate intelligence, Live Scan Finger Printing, Multiple State Applications, and Tenant Screening I found binary biometrics, Dunmarq Group Cincinnati OH and Hire Right very useful and trustworthy. Thanks for reading, but before you go, don’t forget to give this post an up-vote if you found it useful :-)

Stopping an eviction?

If you've already been to court and the judge has ordered your eviction, there's nothing that you can do at this point.

If you have NOT been to court yet, you do have a few options to at least delay things. First step is to answer the eviction suit and have your day in court. If you don't answer the summons, the clerk will enter a default judgment for your landlord and you'll be out in the street within 7 to 15 days. If you don't leave voluntarily by the date in the eviction order, the sheriff will forcibly put you and your things in the street. Literally.

If your case is pending in court, try getting your landlord to accept a partial payment. This will stop the eviction COLD in virtually all jurisdictions. Neophyte landlords make this mistake ALL of the time. Once the case has been filed in court, any payments accepted by the landlord will kill the eviction case. When you appear in court, just tell the judge that you are making payments (have proof available!) and the judge will dismiss the case. This forces the landlord to start over from square one, starting with the 3 or 5 day Notice to Cure or Quit.

I do note with some interest that you have the money for a new place but not to pay your current landlord. Since you haven't taken possession of the new place, you can cancel the lease and receive a refund of any rent (but maybe not the security deposit, read the lease on that) and use that to pay off your current landlord. Paying what you owe stops the eviction action cold unless an eviction order has already been entered by the courts.

How much time you have depends upon where you stand in the eviction process. Eviction timelines vary a bit from one jurisdiction to the next, but generally it takes 30 to 45 days to complete an eviction for nonpayment of rent. If you've just received the initial 3 or 5 day Notice to Pay or Quit, you have some time to work with. If the eviction order has already been entered by the court, you have very little time left. You haven't mentioned where you sit in the process, so it's impossible to advise you what your options are.

Your thoughts on this Ben Franklin quote....is it still relevant?

The whole purpose of fighting terrorism and despotism and all those horrible things is to preserve our freedoms and liberties. Those are the reasons we founded the US in the first place! To say we have to give up our freedoms and liberties in order to preserve the US is throwing the baby out with the bathwater. We are giving up what we are trying to save, in order to save it.

The War on Terror is not really about terror at all, just as the War on Drugs was not really about drugs. They were both justifications to erode the Bill of Rights, to give government, and those who control government, more power over our lives.

The War on Drugs allowed police to hassle people at random on the street, to search and question without a warrant, to summarily confiscate homes, cars, money and property without a warrant or any 'due process', to tap phones without a warrant, etc., and to use illegally gathered evidence in court. It engendered a lot of laws taking power away from defendants and judges and giving it to prosecutors and police. It had NO effect on the illegal use of drugs in the US, in fact drug use has only increased.

The War on Terror takes this even farther. It allows someone to be arrested and jailed indefinitely with no evidence against him, no charges, no access to a lawyer, no Habeas Corpus. It basically gives the presidential administration unlimited power to jail anyone at any time for any reason or no reason. It allows the govt. to investigate any aspect of our lives. Tell me this is never going to be used for political purposes! 8^P

In the US you have more chance of being struck by lightning than killed by terrorists. You have more chance of a building falling on you in an earthquake. Yet politicians tell us we have to give up the very essence of what makes the US a great country in order to fight this really very minor threat. Plus, our govt. is really doing all it can to INCREASE terrorism around the world.
