Why do parents purposely spell their children's names wrong?
My son is named James. I toke him to the doctor recently and the woman asked me how to spell his name. I told her J-a-m-e-s. She said that every baby James she has come across had their names spelled incorrectly. She once had a Jaymez,a Jayms,and a girl named Jaimez.I am a teacher and i have had a J'son and a Jacesen(both said like Jason). What is wrong with people? If the names are going to be said the same, why not make yourself and you child look somewhat intelligent and spell the name correctly? What if your son or daughter doesn't want to look illiterate? Or when people spell a boy name incorrectly to make it a "girl name". I have a feeling that a lot of girls will be changing their names from Mychayl(Michael) to Michelle

Why does everyone name their daughters such common names?
I admire your boldness. I also like the name Piper its really pretty. I agree that there are no longer unique names. I feel the reason for this is the media and pure laziness. Parents tend to forget that their childs name will be the biggest part of their identity. I when i do have children which will be a long time from now will most likely spend a large amount of time finding the right name for my children.
One of my Snapchat friends name changed from the nickname I had to the original username. The person is not in my friends list either, but the message says delivered. Did that person unfriend, block me, or delete their Snapchat account?
Hey. This person could have blocked you and unblocked you. However there’s a chance that they simply unadded you. In snapchat settings there’s a option that says “Who can snapchat me” and underneath it says “Everyone” or “My Friends”. If the person has their settings set on “Everyone” then that means that even the people they unadded are able to snapchat them. Usually when you’re blocked on Snapchat the snapchat icon will be grey and say “pending”. So if they unadded you, that would explain why your message says delivered instead of pending. So, I think it’s a good chance that this person simply unadded you but maybe has their settings on “everyone”.Hope this helps!
