How Do College Students Write 10 Page Essays

How hard and long are the essays you write in college?

I've had 1 page article reviews to 20 page final papers. I've also written a 120 page project but that was over an entire semester for independent research. Most papers were around 5 pages. How many papers you will write varies depending on the classes you take an english class would have more papers than a math class.

Check to see if the college you are attending has some sort of writing center, or assistance for students to get used to college writing. That much sounds like a lot and scary until you actually do it. It's much easier than you think.

Temple university college essay help?

this is our essay topic....

Please type an essay of 2000 characters (approximately 300 words) that tells us more about you. Imagine you have graduated from Temple University. You are preparing to attend your 10-year reunion, and the alumni office has asked you to write a one-page essay about your personal and professional accomplishments since graduation. What would yours say?

this is what i have so far... i know its not very good but its only a rough draft.
I graduated from Temple University in 2014 and received a bachelor’s degree in computer science. It was always a dream of mine to attend Temple ever since I was a child and drove past the vast campus. Being a graduate from this school is a huge honor and accomplishment within itself. I also cherish all the memories I’ve had while being an active member of the university’s concert choir. To this day I have a great relationship with the choral director and attend every one of the concerts.

is there anything that you think that they would like to hear? or that can help me have a better chance at getting in ? please help me out ! temple university is my dream school and i need as much help as possible in making this essay perfect.

I'm thinking of writing my college application essay about the struggle of having social anxiety disorder?

This could be tricky: if you do it well, a college will think you're an interesting student with life lessons to teach other students around you. Do it less well and a college will wonder if you will stay in your room for 4 years not participating in campus social activities, and worse, not benefiting from the community they try so hard to establish.
Write about your struggles and make it clear that you are participating in school or community activities now, so that colleges will understand you're the interesting student with life experiences to share with others. They will consider you a valuable addition to their campus and accept you!
