How to temporarily change your skin color black?

I am a 13 year old Chinese kid, and I want to temporarily change my skin color to black, I want to film a documentary video about slavery, and is afraid to ask an actual black guy about it. So I want to know if there is a way to make it realistic and make me look like an actual black man. If not, tell me how to make it obvious for me to be black, but still funny and serious at the same time. THANKS :D

In the olden days, why were movies black and white?

The chemical processes for monochrome in capturing the amount of light, processing the film, and printing it onto copies are VERY much simpler than those that have to detect, separate and distinguish between different colours. For example, black and white film can be processed by humans working in a darkroom illuminated by red darkroom lights without affecting the images on the film. Colour film has to be processed in complete darkness, which more or less requires automated handling. In fact, colour film technology did exist as far back as WW1, and there are fragments of colour film from that period. However it was so much more expensive and difficult to work with that it wasn’t commercially viable for a long time. The success of Technicolor was largely down to the company’s ability to scale colour cinematography up to commercial markets.Another factor may have been that colour film requires a more “realistic” approach to makeup, scenery, and design generally. In a monochrome film, shading can be enhanced for dramatic effect in ways that would look ridiculous in colour. This was noticeable when television moved from B&W to colour. Some TV series that had looked gritty and realistic in B&W looked rather lame and “studio” when shot in colour.

Was the movie Grease oringaly in black and white or color?

Can you shoot black and white video on a Nikon D3200?

Like the title says, can you shoot video in black and white on the Nikon D3200? I know you can do B&L photos when you edit them on the camera but I can't find if you can shoot video in B&L.

If in the 1960s we could record videos in colour, then why was the first moon landing filmed in black and white?

The answer is, as always, not so simple. The Apollo program was driven by two things - politics and science. The only reason that it happened at all was the Cold War between the USSR and the West was all about missiles and nuclear weapons…well mostly. Demonstrate that you have superior rocketry ( or nuclear bomb delivery ) and you score a lot of points ! And the first one to get to the Moon was a bit like a winning goal. The fact that they recorded in color in the ’60s is irrelevant. We are talking about a LIVE TV transmission. And even if they had carried a recorder with them they would have had little room for anything else, Have a look at the standard color VTR of the day, The quad,it weighs a few hundred pounds…Quadruplex videotape - WikipediaIn the 1960s TV ( video ) was in its infancy, the picture quality was not that good and the cameras were power hungry monsters. At NASA TV was not considered that important because scientifically it was of little use. They had still and cine cameras of much better resolution to record the events and discoveries. The scientists had little use for the public interest that live TV would bring and were determined to keep weight and power consumption to the minimum.. But the politicians, who supplied the money for NASA and Apollo disagreed and TV cameras would be carried to the Moon,Weight, power consumption and. as already mentioned, bandwidth were very important so a new camera was designed for the missions. This was lightweight and used low power, however the picture was somewhat compromised with only 320 lines per frame and a frame rate of 10FPS as opposed to the US Broadcast standard of 525 lines and 30 FPS. The decision to use monochrome also cut down the bandwidth used on the transmission to one third that of color. This was the camera used on the surface of the moon on Apollo 11.Although this system gave fairly decent pictures, it was compromised somewhat by the conversion process needed to make it usable for the networks, added to the distance the signal had to be relayed from the receiving stations in Australia. This system was not used on the later missions which used color cameras.Incidentally, Apollo 11, also carries a color camera in the Command Module but it was not designed to be used on the Moon’s surface

Convert to black and white on PhotoFiltre?

Hello, (:

I have PhotoFiltre (the free version, not PhotoFiltre Studio), and i want to know how to convert my image to black and white.

yes, i know i can hit the 11th from the left, and it will convert it to gray scale, but i'm not looking for that.

I'm wondering if PhotoFiltre has something like PhotoShop, where you can use the channel mixer to make it black and white (like using Red, Green, and Blue)

Sorry if i wasn't clear, but this is what i'm looking for, just the Photofiltre Version, not PhotoShop.

http://www.amateursnapper.com/photography/convert-colour-to-black-and-white-using-channel-mixer

anybody know anything? I've tried converting it to grayscale, and then hitting "add more shadows" or "add more highlights", but that doesn't work.

please and thank you(:

***& sorry, i dont know what category to put this in(:

VCR playing in black and white?

The no color issue is called monochrome,It is common when your signal isnt right.

You don't say the TV model or even make,Im guessing a newer LCD samsung vizio etc as most manufacturers are doing away with old composite cable inputs,Componentshare has auto switching built in the TV.

You hook up to AV1 but yellow goes to green red to red white to white green is now yellow for your purpose then adjust in settings to turn on use if not set already.

Also think about upgrading to a DVD with HDMi as your VCr is old dead tech and your TV is HD & is wasted with a analog only VCR,and its cheaper to buy a cheap DVD then a av box adapter that is a waste as you have component share.

Its been answered correctly already about comonent share but look up your TV and learn the proper hook ups so you dont get wrong answers making you waste money on adapters & converters not needed.

I get called all the time 'I have no yellow input on my TV" every day! People dont read the manual or just go online its everywhere literally everywhere vizio was using component share for 5 years and they are cheapo,Samsung hasnt put composite on for years also & its not coming back.

It saves space & money on panels and TVs for you & the manufacturer.

Read WIKI Component share, and No composite on my TV? On Google.
