If you are on a web page and find a picture or article or whatever you want to send to someone in gmail, simply right click on the link and copy it. Then go to your gmail and go to compose (if it’s not already open) and go into the body of the email, once there right click again and go to where it shows paste, click paste, that will put the link to whatever you are wanting to share into the message. You hold down on mouse and drag in down (thereby highlighting as you go) as far as you want to delete. Then let up, and send. No other address will then be able to be seen by whomever receives your forward. Simple. Try it.
