No friends that have your old email that you want to ever hear from?  If you do, you can forward email from your old address to your new one. If you truly never want anything from the old email, there is usually an option (usually used for vacations) where you can have the email held on the server. Then never check it again.As far as how to delete all your old mail, it depends on what email client you are using. Usually you can go to the menu, select all and delete whatever is showing.
