Ask them if they are upset with you and why. Open up an honest conversation, and give them the chance to state their part. Listen to them without interrupting, acknowledge that you understand why they are upset, but it was not your intention to upset them. (As long as that is true)Own up to your part in the situation if you did something wrong, it might be uncomfortable to do that, but dishonesty will get you nowhere, if everyone knows that you did something wrong. Apologise, if you have done something wrong, promise not to do it again, and follow through on that.I hope you resolve it

Is there really that much tension between Japanese and Koreans?
During korean war, Japanese people took korean young girls aged 13~20th as sex slaves. They lied to the girls that they would give a job such as a nurse. As a young women, they were taken by Japanese for a long time and they were of course not paid at all. What is worse, Japanese people did the same as what Nazi did. many experiments..like.. make a korean be in a room full of mouses and japanese experimented how long the poor man could be alive. not even to Koreans but most of asian countries people. the people who have in pain are not my grandparents but they could be famaily of my family. some people might say they it is the PAST. Ok i know. but the thing is Japan never apologizes. because it does not accept what it did in the past even though there are so many evidences. even some Japaneses accept what they did and apologizes but the Japanese government never dose. I think Japan should emulate Germany apologied to the victims. these days, some of japanese congress officially mentioned they need to get rid of korean people in Japan. how could this be happen? ..it is like 'We, France, should get rid of UK people in France'. do you get that? how uneducated and itiotic they are. and why Japaneses hate Koreans? Japan has been in a depression but Korea has become world widely known for its Kpop or dramas and IT(like Samsung smartphones..). In the past, Japan ruled Korea but for the past few decades Korea has developed itself in many ways. I know Japan is stiill better in many ways. but the many ways is getting decreased. Japaneses feel comparative deprivation. they need somewhere to relieve stress and that is Korea i think. To solve the issue for once and all, government must follow certain steps.1) Divide the three major territories of Kashmir-Kashmir Valley, Ladakh & Jammu region. The major reason why Pakistan always lay it’s claim on Jammu & Kashmir is because of Muslim dominance & even though in Jammu Region & in Ladakh Region Hindus & Buddhists are in majority still they are not able to utilise the resources allotted by the government to them and a major portion of it goes solely to Kashmir Valley.Following is the demography ratio as explained in chart.2) Withdraw all the resources & special securities provided to separatist leaders like Mirwaiz, dissolve Hurriyat Conference and keep these people under house arrest. Let their funds & resources dry up. Restrict their interaction from local public.3) Dissolve the present government there & Article 370 & with immediate effect implement President rule over there and give absolute freedom to Forces & CRPF to act as per their instincts. Our Army is best in the world & a moral army they know the root cause of the problem & will rectify that first.4) Conduct special work shops for the stone palters (the same Kiran Bedi did when she was the in charge of Tihar Jail) & every educational institution in Kashmir Valley should be headed or monitored by Indian Arm Forces. Mind you Institution is the first place where young cadets are shaped to either fight for the nation or with nation.To resolve the Kashmir issue government must take tough harsh measures, soft music to ear talks never helped.Every Kashmiri knows somewhere in their conscious that their identity & destiny only lies with India.Jai Hind!
