HR organizations are now given more money to go our and recruit for the positions they are looking to fill. In some cases, companies are making hiring & culture a core part of their business. Also, if you've watched primetime TV recently you'll notice that there are ads for GE that are advertising working at GE. I went on a bit of a tangent there, but all of this is to say, that there is more focus on recruiting these days, and that means people are willing to spend more on job boards, which bodes well for their profitability.

I have near about 7 years of experience in IT. I worked at the same job for the first 6 years and switched 2 jobs in the last 6 months. But majority of the interview calls came from naukri and majority of the mails came from naukri and shine. But I got a lot of calls from LinkedIn too. You never know where the interview call might come from. Create a LinkedIn profile and also install LinkedIn job search.
