Actually you can see the followers of someone and also it follow and unfollow them, this can give you some followers but this is why…Some people like to follow a lot of people and them unfollow them, normally they select celebrities and stuff like that because they have enough follow to give you a great number, when you follow someone, you profile its put it in the top of the list of follow, because you are one of the lasts person who follow, so when this follow and unfollow people come and do they stuff, they follow you but do not get excited about this, if you want follow, make more interesting post, comment in others profiles, like photos and be a good account to follow
