How Do I Get A Lot Stronger

How come I’m a lot stronger than my friend?

Steroids

Why am I a lot stronger on my legs than arms?

I agree with David here.It may be caused by the fact that you play basketball or football or soccer or any other sports which will make your legs stronger.I have another theory, when I was in high school, I weigh like 300 pounds and playing basketball all the time.(if you call it "playing" xD) Then in 6 months, before I start going to college, I lost 120 pounds in 6 months and reached 180 pound weight. Then I realized that my legs are way stronger than normal. I think the reason is my legs' capacity is way more than 180 pound and that's why they feel too strong. It may be caused by a lot of reasons tho'. Your daily life, the stairs on the way to your school, inclined roads, the games consists running, the sex positions... that's not a bad thing. Strong legs, strong body.Peace.

Is it okay that I'm a lot stronger than my boyfriend?

My boyfriend and I are both in college. I play lacrosse and he runs cross country. I'm WAY stronger than he is...which is kind of understandable, since I lift weights everyday for lacrosse, and he just runs everyday. I love being stronger than he is...I think he's really cute. The thing is, I don't think he hates being weaker than I am, but I know he's embarrased and it makes him feel like less of a man. And also, I don't think he realizes how much stronger I am than he is. We playfully wrestle sometimes, and armwrestle and stuff, and he knows I can beat him, but I don't think he realizes how easily I can beat him. I'm usually not even putting forth 50% effort, and I can beat him really easily and he's going all out. My 14 year old sister gives me twice the battle that he does. I really love him, and I really think he's little and cute, but should I let him know exactly how much stronger I am than he is? I feel like he'll be embarrased, but that it will come up at some point anyways...

Do girls have stronger legs than men?

I've been training with a work friend over the past couple of months for an adventure race (bike, run canoe, etc). During that time, I've been able to improve my run, swim and riding to be quite a bit faster than him and my endurance is also a lot better. Furthermore, I'm getting a lot stronger than him as evident in the amount of weights we train with. For example, I can do about 600lb max on a leg press and he can barely get 400lbs going. Ever since, he's been acting a bit stand offish an not as willing to get up and go training with me.

He's kinda a short guy at only about 5'9" and 150lbs and I'm about 5'11 and 125lb or so. That said, i think it's only natural that I start to out pace him eventually in the endurance stuff and out max him on weights with my legs. It only makes sense since I'm so much longer and taller than him right?

He hasn't said anything, but I think he's a little pissed off or a least a bit intimidated to train with me. I hate to lose a good friend like this. But it's only natural that I'm much stronger and more athletic than him because I'm a taller girl right?

I've suddenly got a lot more energy and my senses are stronger. I've been this way for a few days now. What's happening?

I've suddenly got a lot more energy and my senses are stronger. I've been this way for a few days now. What's happening? You were bitten by a radioactive spider. As well as feeling pretty good and having more acute senses, you should also be able to climb vertical walls unaided and fight supervillains. Some members of your family will start delivering speeches about the great responsibilities that accompany great power, but you should discourage them from doing so as they'll likely get shot immediately afterwards.Unfortunately, you'll likely end up with cancer and die if you don't see a doctor immediately, because radiation is no laughing matter. Please arrange an appointment to see your GP at the earliest opportunity.Or you've been sleeping better, I don't know.

Do women have stronger legs than men?

I've been training with a work friend over the past couple of months for an adventure race (bike, run canoe, etc). During that time, She's been able to improve her run, swim and riding to be quite a bit faster than me and her endurance is also a lot better. Furthermore, She's getting a lot stronger than I am as evident in the amount of weights we train with. For example, she can do about 650lb max on a leg press and i can barely get 450lbs going.

I'm an average guy at about 5'10" and 170lbs and she's about 5'11 and 125lb or so. That said, she think it's only natural that she start to out pace me eventually in the endurance stuff and out max me on weights with her legs. It only makes sense to her because shes much longer and taller than me?

What's even more surprising is that she's super model thin. My legs are nearly twice her's in thickness though she's a lot more toned than I am in the legs. She says that this is normal becuase women have much stronger legs than guys. Is this true? Have you girls notice this. Have the guys notice this too?
