I recently lost close to 100 lbs. and have loose skin around my abs and upper pubic area around the base of my penis. I workout alot, like 5-7 tims a week, Is there anyway to atleast get rid of the loose skin around the base of penis?

if you didnt the skin would tear when you stood up lol

at 12% your fat percentage is pretty low

its not recommended to drop below 5-6% as if tampers with your bone marrow and spinal chord fats

you could lower it a bit more through diet and exercise but nobody is going to look at you and think you are fat at 12%!

im currently at 9%
and i always think i wish i looked better from certain angles
but dont let it get you down

its good to have a target - something to always work towards and eventually achieve

but to have no body fat what so ever would be so dangerous you would die before you achieved it
