How Do I Get Rid Of This Last Layer Of Fat

I have abs, but they are hidden by a very thin layer of fat. How do I get rid of this naturally?

Every unexperienced gym lad at some point in his fitness career gets faced with this problem. The solution is easy. That’s because there is not one - there are multiple solutions to our problem! How to get rid of stomach fat layers naturally?1) NutritionNutrition is around 60–70% of your sixpack success. If you do not get the nutrition right (does not have to be 100% right) - you will not be able to get a sixpack. Period.Educate yourself about fitness nutrition, choose a diet that you are able to maintain for the next years (ideally you shouldn’t consider it a “diet” - you should consider it your life!) and lastly, make sure you are able to stick to your diet. How?Tell everyone that you are on a strict diet.Reward yourself when sticking to your dietary plan.Cook easy meals - do not overcomplicate.2) ExerciseIncrease volume.Decrease pause time between sets.Make it more intense.Especially if you feel too lazy to do cardio, make sure to have as intense workout sessions as possible - so that you burn enough calories in the process.3) CardioI hate to admit it, but cardio does play a crucial role in developing that rock-hard abs look. Especially after adjustments to your diet and exercise do not yield further results (which means you have come very far already) - cardio will give you that little bit extra definition which is needed to be stage-ready.4) Stay motivatedLast but not least, stay motivated, embrace to process. What work out can I do to get rid of last belly fat?

Been working out (5-6 days a week) and I have lost 20 lbs in fat and lost 4 inches off my waist.

Now I need to get rid of another 2 inches off my waist to complete my goal.

What is the best diet/exercise plan to get rid of the last bit of fat? Seems like I am at a stand still now?

I am willing to get fairly "extreme" to get to this goal. (Although I am obviously not willing to risk injury).

Lastly what about some kind of ab routine?

How do I get rid of the small layer of fat covering my abs?

Good advice here already, but I'll add on to that. To lose the fat on your belly you need to lower body fat percentage. There is no such thing as spot fat removal, you can not chose to lose only fat on your belly. Unfortunately the belly holds the most fat so it takes the longest amount of time to get rid of. If you've already been losing fat and now your left with only the stubborn belly, just keep going and it will go away. If you don't know how to lose fat, you need to burn more calories then you consume each day and slowly but surely the fat will go away, but do not starve yourself or your body will hold onto it. Try starting by eating about 200-300 calories below your maintenance calories. Get your sleep and drinks lots of water. I hope that helps.

Crunches get rid of my layer of fat over my muslce?

If I do ab work (like crunches, sit ups, and leg lifts or an ab exercise on a video) will it get rid of the thin layer of fat on my stomache. Because I am pretty skinny, and I DO have stomache muscle, but I have a thin layer of fat overtop of it. So the muslce isn't really visible. The fat layer is thin, but still visible, and I don't like it. Will crunches and ab work get rid of that, or will it just make more muscle underneath, and leave the fat there? Because I don't want to go on a diet, I don't need it.
Thanks in advance! =)
