You can't get there by Metro (it's too far), but you can take the Maryland commuter train (MARC), which operates on weekdays, or Amtrak (which operates seven days a week). Is it illegal to wear one's hoodie up when inside malls?
I went to Arundel Mills in Maryland recently and it was cold outside so I was wearing the hood on my sweater up on my head. Once inside, mall security asked me to put it down. I've seen this happen to other people as well. Is it a law in Maryland or at malls that people may not wear the hood that is attached to their hoodies on their head?

Are there any shopping malls in Washington DC near I-459 (capital beltway) or I-95 or I-270?
There are quite a few malls in the northern Virginia & Maryland Area... In peticular if you are traveling on 495 towards the I270 split the first mall you will pass is Tysons Corner Center. It is AMAZING. They just added a entire wing with alot of new eateries and stores. If you take the Route 7 exit towards tysons the next light you come to make a right you will see the mall directly in front of you. The second mall is called Tysons Galleria. It is an upscale mall with Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Ave and a few other stores. If you take the exit after route 7, called Chain Bridge 123 exit it will be going towards Vienna. The third mall you will come across before the 270 spur is Westfields Montgomery Mall right after you get onto 270. This mall is good but not as big as tysons and not as many select stores. I take 495 to 270 almost every weekend going from Fairfax county to school in WV you will see Tysons from the road if you pass it. I hope you have fun!
