How can I make my hands smaller?
I have man hands. I take care of them they are 100 % clean and moisturized. My nails are kept reasonably short and perfectly rounded with a clear coat on at all times but they are just SO BIG!!!!!!!! Is there anyway to make them smaller without surgery???? I am so self-conscious of my hands. I mean I'm a small girl but my hands are just big, I'm not fat or anything. This doesn't even make sense!!!!!!!! Anyways that was a little uncalled for. But someone help me!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!! IM BEGGING YOU!!!!!!!!! I never hold hands with anyone and I keep them hidden at all times and I'm just tired of it.
Is there a way to get smaller feet, and hands?
In case you all are wondering, I am a lady, and I'm 16. So I would prefer if I didn't get rude or stupid answers. Don't tell me my question is stupid or I should be happy with how I look. Okay! So I was wondering, is there a way I could get smaller hands? My hands aren't huge, I would just like smaller hands. Also, Is there a way I can go from being 5'5 to 5'3 or 5'2? I'm not sure exactly how tall I am, I just want to be shorter! Anyway to shrink without slouching? Like surgery or a pill, or you know, anything? And for the most important question! Is there a way to shrink my feet? Maybe wear a size smaller shoe until my feet shrink? Or slow foot binding? Not like crazy intense chinese foot crippling, but like slowly? I know about having a cosmetic foot surgery, I'm considering this.. Also how to make feet less narrow? Don't tell me what shoes to wear to make them LOOK less big or wide. I want to SHRINK them. I'm a size 10 and I would like to eventually be a size 5. (sounds crazy I know) Or at least a size 8 would satisfy me. Tell me any surgeries or anything to help. (Mostly I want smaller feet) Please help :D Thanks.

I feel you. I'm super tall, so I have larger hands than most girls. I used to want to change the size of my hands but then I realized I was letting the size of my hands define me... It's silly. It's the way your bone structure is, so you can't physically change the size; however, I discovered that you can make them appear smaller... This is what worked for me: -LETS YOUR NAILS GROW(it maks your hands look more feminine) -PAINT YOUR NAILS(it's draws attention away from the size and more on the color on your nails) -FRENCH MANICURES OH! I almost forgot! When it comes to holdin hands, I recommend using hand softening treatments and lotion(Mary Kay) ! So when guys hold your hand they won't be thinking about the size, they will be shocked about how soft your hands are! :D

I’ve been a hand therapist for 40+ years and never ever heard of a surgery that will make your hands smaller. Your hands are very complicated in terms of muscles, bones, tendons etc so much so that it can’t be duplicated robotically. Some models come close.Consider this as I hope this will make you feel better. YOU are aware of your hands but that doesn’t mean other are aware. A college professor did an experiment. After lecturing for over an hour he then asked the class to face the back wall of the room they were in and write down what he was wearing. Only ten percent of the students got it correctly.People are NOT that observant as you think they are. Just ask a police officer how easy it is to find an eye witness who can give him/her a correct description of someone or something that happened. Not so easy.Perhaps you can remind yourself a couple of times a day that people don’t notice your hands like you think they do. If they do and make a fuss, are they the type of person you’d like to develop a friendship with anyway? I wouldn’t. Hope this helps.

Don't worry about it, hopefully you'll grow into them, I used to have super long legs but, by the time I turned 14 I had completely grown into them. What you can do though is wear dark nail polishes and rings, or bracelets I think are suppose to help as well. The only way to actually make them physically smaller though is through hand reduction surgery and that's ridiculous. I have really small hands, but the difference between you and me is I just laugh at people when they comment on it or even make fun of them when ever it's pulled up, so people will think that it doesn't affect me. When they realize that they will leave you alone, unless the just want to put you down for whatever reason, then be confident because they're desperate to find weakness and once you take one away they will only want to find a new one. Congratulations with the boyfriend and remember you only have one body so learn to love it or learn to face disappointment, because nobody is naturally perfect !

I have the same problem, get french tipped nails. they always make mine look VERY feminine and pretty, and i get a lot of compliments on them I'd recommend getting regular white tipped ones, because it won't draw too much attention to where they actually notice your hands are huge, just notice your nice nails.

I'm a girl, but my hands are pretty big. I don't think a lot of people notice, but obviously I do and it makes me self-conscious. I have long fingers, and my knuckles aren't huge but they're larger than normal because I used to pop my fingers a lot. Not only do I have big hands, but I think my head is kind of small as well, so my hand seems to almost be the length of my head. anyways...How can I make my hands appear smaller, and maybe fix the large knuckles thing? I would use fake nails to make my hands look prettier, but those would probably make my fingers look even longer! Help me please! P.S. I don't know that it's accurate to say that "I will grow into my hands"...I'm 17.

You don't need big hands to play the guitar. Even small children can play the guitar. The main advantage is that a person with a long pinky can play a bar chord and reach down to hit a few higher accent notes while still holding the chord. You may not be able to exactly replicate the sound of all other players, but you will still be able to play the song.Someone with big fat fingers may have a harder time keeping adjacent strings from being deadened, when the fat fingers don't leave enough room for the adjacent string to buzz.Most of the great guitar players I know of are not over 6′ 5″ with big hands.If this is a big concerns of yours, you can try ukele.
