If I make myself vomit only when I feel I over eat will I become bulimic?

Last night I made myself puke because I over ate a lot and I didn't binge or anything I just ate so much and got worried about my weight. I didn't expect it to feel the way it did when I only did it once. It surprised me when my stomach still felt like crap the next day. But that's not what has concerned me the most. There's two things. I don't want to be bulimic so I need to limit how much I puke and not let it get out of control. and don't tell me I can't because I do have self control. How often can I make myself puke without being bulimic? Second my throat is just now starting to not burn. Which I didn't suspect since that was my first time. How do I prevent the burning sensations if there is a way? I'm scared of Baretts throat so I don't wanna do it too much. Just when I over eat. Is that a big deal? and I tell my very supportive loving boyfriend as he does for me and if I do it again and I tell him it'll just hurt him and I don't wanna do that. But if this becomes a continuous thing I feel like I'd be keeping something a secret from him. And if he finds out I don't want him to think I don't trust him. Should I tell him when I do it again or not? I don't want him to be mad at me because I do know this can harm me. But if I only do it when I over eat will it?

How can I make myself vomit? I over-ate BADLY?

Today I ate at mcdonalds and I had:
2 large fries
10 nuggets
1 large coke
1 cheeseburger

I feel disgusting.. and sick. I need to vomit, and trust me this will not turn into bullemia.
I cant stick my fingers down my throat or use a toothbrush.. is there any household items or anything that i can ingest to induce vomiting?

How can i make myself vomit [not for bulimic purposes]?

If you just overate, then you might only need some alka-seltzer, that should do the trick. or if you have some soda water with lemon, that should work too.
and they won't leave the after taste that vomit will leave in your mouth.

I want to make myself throw up! I feel so fat!?

BAD PLAN! Dieting is NOT the way to go! You know not eating makes you fatter? As it takes away fat, it also takes away muscle which leaves you with fat, as it's doing this it slows down your metabolism and makes you burn food a hell of a lot slower. It will not help because calories in= calories out which means you won't be using much calories to for example: grow your nails, hair or even grow at all. You will become worse.

Being bulemic is one of the worse ways to solve your problems! And anorexia is a mental condition not a physical one. What you need to do is STOP THE JUNK FOOD! You will only keep on getting fatter because those 4 cookies are probibly what..100 calories each? So you consumed about 400 calories on cookies alone! NO! Instead of snacking on crisps and snacks, have an apple or any kind of fruit. Carrots are low calorie and great snacks! Stop the fast food once and for all! Or if you're stopping bye mcdonald's look at the nutrition facts or get a salad instead. Skip the fries and get a DIET coke. Dancing is a great way to burn fat but not the best. If you go on youtube and look up 100 calorie workout or fat burning workouts, try doing those each day. Jump rope is great cardio and so is jogging. Remeber eat the healthy stuff but not too much of it. And starving yourself will only make you fatter. Get skim milk or skim cheese. Keep away from proccessed junk and AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD AND SNACKS!

How do you make yourself throw up EVERYTHING you just ate?

I know I shouldnt' be doing this but just please answer this! I just ate way too much and I want to get it out of my system quick... I tried to make myself throw up but even after 5 times in a row only a tiny bit of food came back up. I drank a bottle of water too but its not working! Please don't tell me how its bad to have bulimia because I know this just please help!

No, don't make yourself throw up. Adults aren't usually as susceptible to salmonella poisoning as children are. Technically, people are exposed to salmonella in food on a daily basis. The only difference is that adult bodies have a more developed immune system. So, don't freak out. You're probably okay, but if you start to feel sick, get to a hospital immediately.
