How to install GTA IV by '.rar' files?
I bought gta iv dvd . there are two dvds but the problem is this that when i open them i get winrar files named as "Arab Lionz....". The read me file says that first extract all .rar files and then run setup.bat. Please guide me completely because there files present inside the Arab Lionz files too. Please guide.. i do wanna play this game!

.TXD and .DFF file formats are for GTA3 era games. The format for GTA4 is .WFT and .WTD. You use a program called OpenIV or SparkIV to import these two files in the following file: [game directory]\pc\models \cdimages\vehicles.img (ignore the space) Read the readme of the car you downloaded. It has the handling line (goes into [game]\common\data\handling.dat) and vehicle properties (goes into [game]\common\data\vehicles.ide). Open up the two files using Notepad and copy the aforementioned lines into their respective place. The handling line looks something like this: BANSHEE 1500.0 8.0 85 0.0 0.1 -0.18 0.0 5 0.25 1.0 160.0 0.45 0.65 1.0 35.0 1.50 1.20 12.0 0.14 0.47 2.0 1.4 1.6 0.10 -0.13 0.01 0.5 1.0 1.0 0.8 1.5 0.0 80000 440810 0 1 And the vehicle property line looks something like this: banshee, banshee, car, BANSHEE, BANSHEE, VEH@LOW, VEH@LOW_CONV, 10, 999, 0.2967, 0.2967, 0, 5, 1.0 ,0, ext_conv+ext_strong After you've pasted the lines in, save both files (make sure to turn of read-only for both files), and that's it. Start GTA4 and your cars should be there.

Hotfix found! It works for me and runs very smoothly! 1. Go into the GTA 4 folder and locate "LaunchGTAIV" 2. Right click and select "Properties" 3. Select the "Compatibility" tab 4. Under "Compatibility mode", click the box to check off "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" 5. Drop down the menu and select "Windows 2000" The game runs! The RMN40 error disappears! This is a quick hotfix for the problem and I'm not sure who it will work for extended periods of time but so far it has for me and one other player. This may only be for Vista because I have Vista with SP1 but post your results!!! I think the problem may have been that, at least for me, the game was trying to run in XP SP2 mode when it can't run without SP3! Maybe R* can patch it or maybe my game will crash, who knows? 15 minutes now and its smooth still. I will post my updates as they come... Thanks to leurch77 for finding this out!!
How do I install GTA 4 or 3 in Android in low internal memory?
GTA 4 does not exist for Android devices. If you think of new GTA Liberty city stories, than just go to play store and buy it. You can download it from apps like aptoide or find it on internet yourself. The same stands for GTA 3. Out of memory? Free some up. Delete images and games you don’t need. Clean cash in settings > storage. Still no space? Buy sd card and move all pictures to it. Don’t forget that if you want GTA LCS than you need android 5.0 or higher. These aren’t supported in all counties either. And make sure that you don’t have potato phone because these games are full open world 3d games. Oh, you can try Vice City and (oh yeah) San Andreas. Full game. Enjoy.
