In one word- PatheticIt is not at all culture. Because you know culture is well scripted, if not in written then in form of rituals and activities. When you work at Trident you are not bound by any such culture but you are a puppet in the hands of one man. He may come and slap you, abuse you like you are slave. And this can happen with anyone out there, doesn’t matter you are from top notch institute or have humongous experience behind you. At times he has physically beaten up people with belts and boots. And if you ever try to react to anything, he will send the local Police after you. He is the king of that village.The only reason you might be interested in going there is the fat package they show you on your offer letter. Don’t be fooled by any such number. They will cut any amount from your salary for any stupid reason. And the large performance thing will never be give. Not even a single penny from it.Irrespective of your qualifications, experience and expertise you can be put in any department. You may even be asked to handle the canteen or probably the warehouse cartoon despite being an engineer. Take that as the culture.And the only work people do out there is to keep cribbing and bitching. The only reason this company persists is because of the filthy profit they make by selling in Dollars.So if you are planning to join this firm for the fat payslip- Good Luck. You gonna need too much of it for not being slapped.
