Haylie, STOP opening them! Opening spam alerts the sender that your address is a valid one and they send you loads and loads more. If you did not ask for these mailings, then trying to "unsubscribe" from them is like a neon sign saying, "Here I am, scam me!" If you did not ask for them, how can you unsubscribe from what you did not subscribe to????? You can not completely stop all spam, but you can help to put a big dent in it. Check mark them and click on 'Spam,' this should stop those addresses from being delivered to your inbox. Use your spam guard and block address. Look for the 'Options' link at upper right corner of mail screen and click on it Options /mail options Click on 'spam' in the list on the left. Make sure spam guard is on, by checking in the little box. Then in 'Blocked Email Addresses,' enter the E-mail address you wish blocked, in the box after 'Add a blocked address' and click on the 'add' button, then click on save changes at top left of screen. You will never get mail from that address again. This should help you to control your spam. Other tips: Do not ever open E-mail from people you do not know; and unless you are absolutely sure who it is from then treat them as spam. Never, ever give out your account information or other personal information to anyone. If you are on a site and you absolutely have to sign up for something, check the entire page to make sure you uncheck any lines wanting to send you any other info, notices, catalogs, ads, and the like. Note that the states comsumer protection people will be notified if they don't pay and a theft by deception police report will be filed for second unsolicited offer received. Send this as 3rd copy to them, 1st copy to file, 2nd copy to states attorney. This will keep you amused, and if you do have to go to states office and file you might get a state bad credit notice put against credit card company. Verizen has a bad business complaint on file in Wisconsin for the next 2.5 years because they didn't straighten out their act and didn't believe I would actually file complaint- state told them to fix billing and reminded them of length of time state would tell people they engaged in deceptive practice. Master card, AT&T leave me alone also- I tell them I charge $175.00/hour and give me billing address before continueing, fraud complaint will be filed for a deceptive practice and they can check court records on my winning suits. Works for me but I'm getting tolerant in my old age- Younger days actions resulted in some blood dripping out of people. Police have a chuckle but do file the reports, state keeps track of fraud and my complaints are job security for the state workers.
How can i stop getting so attached to girls?
Ive been screwed over more then 10 times in a row...horrible after effects. I feel like ****. The thing is i keep getting attached to the girls i talk to and they eventually just lead me on. Im not clinging or annoying i just keep things pretty chill. Girls compliment me on my looks and everything and say im hot and stuff (not to sound cocky just trying to give you guys a little bit more info). You might say im just attracting the wrong girls but i dont think thats the case. I talk to attractive, fairly attractive, girls with good personalities.... and it all ends the same way, with me hurt. It sucks a lot. Ive come to the conclusion that there is no TRUE LOVE. Please dont say ill find the right girl eventually cause i know i wont. For guys who were in the same shoes as me what did u do to change? Ithink i want to start playing the field a little bit more and just start talking to a lot of girls. Please dont hate on me for this. Society is filled with people that do that kind of stuff so dont judge me. Its not just guys who do it, girls do too. Its funny because through all my experiences with women you'd expect the guy to be doing all the wrong things but its the other way around. I DONT HATE women, i just feel like a good majority nowadays are just stupid. Once again dont say im going to find someone special. Ive given up that stupid fantasy and decided to be more realistic. I prayed for years (not just for girls but for many other things) and nothing seemed to change. Ive also come to the conclusion that there either a) is no God or b) there is but he is not all powerful (or isnt the God people claim he is) and does not care for me. Why am I getting so many Twitter followers today?
I have received over 20 notifications today that all these random people are following me on Twitter. I don't know any of them and I haven't updated my tweet in 2 months, so it's not like I have anything interesting on there. I know Twitter was hacked today. Is this a result of the hack? Anybody else getting tons of followers today?

By joining Meetup and groups under its aegis you have implicitly consented to receive their communications.Under your general profile you can eliminate notices about new groups, weekly calendars about all your groups, etc. However, to truly pare down your e-mail volume you must unsubscribe to e-mails on a group-by-group basis.Go to your profile for each group you belong to and go to “E-Mail and Notifications”. Then uncheck everything you no longer wish to receive. If you uncheck everything you have effectively left the group unless you make it a point to check the site regularly for event notices.Meetup fails to inform incoming members about this and thus created this problem.
Are you in dry climate? Do you get them frequently? You should start using a humidifier and some Vaseline. Vaseline should be applied gently after a nosebleed. You should also put Vaseline 2–3 times per day and that should help with the nosebleeds. Also after a nosebleed you can not do any force activities for 2 days because you can make the nosebleed re occur. Also you need to see a doctor if nosebleeds are frequently re occurring.

Like a mother getting angry with a child. Like your anger with the volition of mind of concern, care and love.But my teacher (Buddha/Samata Dharma) tells us not to get angry at all. Why is this?Any anger is agitation in mind and is harmful to the person and to people around. Mind looses its purity and cannot work to its fullest potential which we all have in us.Purer the mind becomes ( No negative thoughts/anger) it becomes full of thoughts of kindness, compassion, care and pure love. Not only it becomes full of these qualities and becomes capable of expressing it. This love and concern and this energy is so beautiful to the person, the people around and the situation all around becomes Peaceful and beautiful.Anger is a mind state and this mind state can be modified by controlling and chaning the mind From angry thoughts to kindness and compassion.This transformation of mind I do it by practicing Vipassana Meditation as taught by Sr.S.N.Goenka. It is a 10 day retreat.This in my view is the only way one can change the mind not to get agitated with anger making ones life miserable and aLao the people around.I wish you well
