How can I stream Spotify from Android to Xbox One?

Since I don’t know your level of technical skill and tenacity, you may or may not be able to get this working using Android TV. The second method is probably the easiest to get working, especially if you’re wanting to stream Spotify from an Android phone or tablet.Streaming from Android TVThis may be accomplished using an Android TV device such as the Nexus Player, the NVIDIA Shield console (not the tablet versions) or the Razer Forge TV. Note, this method doesn’t consume the HDMI input port on the back of the Xbox One.You would need to install Plex Media Server for Android TV to stream content from your Android TV to other devices. Then, load the PMS Spotify.bundle on Android TV to interconnect Plex with Spotify. There are some questions whether this plugin still works, but it might work with some tinkering. Once you have Plex streaming your Spotify audio, you can then load the Plex client onto the Xbox One. Once Plex is installed on the Xbox One, you can then stream your Spotify from your Android TV to your Xbox One.Note that the bundle described above might only work properly on a PC with Plex Media Server installed rather than on Android TV. For this reason, it might require heavier technical skills to achieve the desired result on Android TV. Note, you won’t be able to stream content from a mobile device such as a phone, a tablet, a stick or any other non-Android TV device as these don’t run Plex Media Server.Streaming from an Android mobile device (phone / tablet)The easier and faster way that works with an Android tablet/phone would be to buy a Chromecast ($35 or so) device, plug it into the HDMI input port of the Xbox One and stream your Spotify content from your phone/tablet through Chromecast. On Spotify, you’ll need to choose the Chromecast device to send the audio. On the Xbox One, switch to the TV app with the Chromecast attached and you should be able to hear your Spotify (or any other audio app that supports Chromecast) playing through your Xbox One. You can even stream video content from your phone or tablet.

How do I cast my Android screen to an Xbox One?

I am an Xbox Beta Tester and currently have an app on my Xbox One called “Wireless Display” This is an app developed by Microsoft to do exactly what you are asking: simply mirror your mobile device onto your TV screen. It is as easy as finding your mobile phone that is sharing wifi with your home network, and in seconds you are on navigating your cell phone screen in real time on your HDTV or 4K display.EDIT: As of 3/14/19, the Xbox Wireless Display app is now available in the Xbox App Store as well as through the PC Microsoft Store app!

Best anime app for Android?

Crunchyroll.

If you dont have a subscription you can only watch episodes with a wifi connection on your phone, standard definition resolution, new episodes a week after Japan release and with ads. But its free to watch and download the app and the episodes are full and legal and you can watch as much as you want.

If you have some cash to spare Its 6.95 a month for the subscription & you get no ads, 3G/4G streaming for your phone app, new episodes in 1 hour from Japan's release, (Naruto Shippuden @ 3 a.m.!) and you can watch online in 1080p and on Xbox360, PS3, etc.

They have a 2 week free trial as well.

To what extent can an Xbox One play music to a wireless audio system?

An Xbox One cannot play to wireless audio devices directly. Microsoft designed the console without bluetooth, the prevailing wireless audio standard. This means that by default, you cannot play wireless audio from an Xbox One. However, there are a number of wireless headphones that work with the Xbox One. These aren't exactly speakers, but this is one solution. If you wish to use wireless bluetooth speakers, I'd recommend using the SPDIF output from the back of the Xbox One and connect up an SPDIF to Bluetooth transmitter like the HomeSpot Dual Stream Optical Digital Wireless HD Bluetooth Audio Transmitter for TV, Toslink SPDIF [aptX Low Latency supported] available at Amazon. This specific digital format transmitter only supports audio output in the format of PCM/LPCM and does not support surround sound signals such as Dolby AC-3 or DTS. Though, I don't know of many bluetooth speakers that support surround. You may have to go into your Xbox One and configure the SPDIF output to only provide PCM/LPCM. Note that this output format may not be available when playing content from blu-ray disks that provide DTS or Dolby AC-3. The other option is to get the RCA analog transmitter version and plug the transmitter into your TV's RCA jacks and transmit the wireless audio that way. Though, I might also suggest looking for a wireless speaker system that's compatible with your flatscreen TV. Many TVs support wireless speaker systems hooked up to them. So then, you'd hook up HDMI from Xbox One to your TV, hook up the front speaker bar to your TV and connect the woofer, rear and side speakers wirelessly to the speaker bar.

How do I mirror my Android's screen to my TV without a HDMI cable?

If your Android device is higher than 4.0, then if you you have a TV, Blu-ray player or Console that supports Screen Mirroring, you can use Wifi Direct to mirror it to your bigger screen. Since the screen mirroring protocol is different for each receiver, then you will need to read the documentation for it. These can usually be found on the website of the device manufacturer.
