How Do U Find Out If Someone Is Under Investagation

How do I find out if I am under investigation?

I'm assuming you've done something that might warrant an investigation. In that case you should act as if you are under investigation. In other words you must not talk or say anything incriminating while on phone or web. You should watch for cars parked near your residence or work or clubs you may attend. When driving pull a u turn when suspicious and drive by your tail and see their reaction. If your associates are involved then sever ties for awhile until the dust settles. And keep your profile in good appearance. Or if you have nothing to hide it can be fun to tease them a bit. Use your imagination to keep them on their toes. Go to the airport and walk all over then run to your car and exit real fast. A few trips like that and they'll earn their money. Or park and get on a bus or take a cab, anything to play with their heads . It's very hard to physically follow someone, but a devise put under your fender will let them have full knowledge of where your car is. Leaving your phone at home is also wise, or pull the battery out till you need it. Close curtains at home and watch what you say in case your house is bugged. Or the CIA has taken control of your lap top or smart TV and is recording everything. Otherwise keep low profile

I am under investigation, what can I do?

Well, it really depends on a lot of factors like: what crime are you being charged with if any? do you have an attorney? are you being wrongfully accused? Asking a question like the one you have posted is like opening a can of worms.  The best thing to do based on the very minimal information you have provided is to "GET AN ATTORNEY!"I have seen people break down under duress, and they get so nervous or scared that their mind starts playing games with them; then, they start to overthink the situation.  I believe that if you do the crime, then you better be doing the time.  You don't have to lie, cheat, or steal to get ahead in life.  But, sometimes people speak too much or too little to proof innocence or explain unusual circumstance, then the situation starts to take the wrong turn.  Sometimes detectives, investigators, DA's, start to get tunnel vision, and set their goal on that prize.  If you did something wrong, then you need to think about what you did; and do the right think, then talk to an attorney, and take it from there.

How do I find out who is investigating me and why?

Tell me…what have you done that’s worth investigating?Did you…Cheat on your spouse?Fail to report a felony/misdemeanor on a background check?Falsely claim a workers’ compensation claim? If you did one of these or a 100+ other things, you’re probably being investigated by a private investigator. Now, tell me…why do you feel you’re being investigated?Shady car in your rear view mirror?Random friend-requests on Facebook from people you don’t know?Just a gut feeling? If so, here’s what to look for and how to “beat” an investigator. But, if you have something that’s worth investigating, just turn yourself in.And if you’re being investigated by a half-way decent investigator, you’ll never know.Good luck!!

Where can I find out if someone is late on their mortgage?

Actually, there are several things you can do.

1. Hire a company to run a credit check. The bank will report delinquent payments to the credit agencies.
2. See if your county has a public information website on properties. It's often listed on public property tax pages. Many counties now list the owner, the owner's mailing address, the assessed value of the house, the specifics of the house & land, and any liens against the house. The bank would have had to file a lien or begin foreclosure proceedings against the owner for it to show on this website.

If you'd like the property, the easiest thing to do is to approach your neighbor and speak with them. Don't mention their hardships. If the neighbor is interested, don't go into details. Get your real estate agent to work with them directly.

How do you know if your under investigation by FBI?

If the FBI is investigated you and doesn’t want you to know, then you probably never will. But we’re not taking about the gestapo here. Chances are at some point they will identify themselves and ask you some questions. My father-in-law had bought some very application specific batteries back in the mid 90’s. After the Olympic Park bombing in Atlanta in ‘96, the FBI tracked down every single person that had bought that battery in a certain time frame. Since he still had the batteries he was able to show them to the agent. Presumably he was crossed off their list and no longer investigated. Presumably.

Should I Quit Job While Under Investigation?

I just started working at a place, i do not want to give the name out, and i was accused of stealing. Which I assure you, I have never, or would ever steal from. That is just not me, but I am under investigation. They interrogated me, and after sent me back to work. (When going back to work, it seemed like the rumors already spread, and everyone was acting funny) I was truthfully honest, but they told me I came up in a list of suspicion.
Long story short, I am under investigation, but I want to quit my job. I feel unbelievably uncomfortable working there now, and it feels as though nobody trusts me. Like, they are watching every move i take, and it is very uncomfortable.
What would happen if i were to quit?
Would the investigation proceed? (I don't mind it, i would like it to, so that way they know i didn't steal)
And Would you quit?
Thanks Guys in advances.

What are the signs you’re under investigation?

In the United States, you might receive a "Wells Letter" from a federal agency explaining that you are under investigation.Your colleagues are nervous and approach you while trying to steer the discussion toward incriminating statements.Your management and co-workers ignore you and try to avoid any interaction with you.You are suddenly removed from your position and assigned to a position that is relatively meaningless. You find consultants, auditors, attorneys, or others reviewing your documents or making copies. You are asked to take an unplanned vacation. And, there are many more.

I just got a fishy phone call saying I'm under investigation for fraud?

Hi, as the title says, I just got a phone call from a man with a very heavy accent (something Johnson), saying he's from the law & investigations office. He said I was under fraud, and he mentioned the last 4 digits of my social security number, as well as the street I live on. He said there was a pending law suit against me for fraud and other criminal activities. I can't for the life of me think of how I have committed any sort of fraud.

The reason I say it's fishy, is he didn't say this is from the so and so police department, or mention any kind of affiliation like a firm or anything. He only left me a number (anonymous land line, I checked) to call him back at.

Now the information such as my telephone number, house address, and even my social could probably be found relatively easily online. Does ANYONE have experience with this? I'm ripping my hair out trying to figure out if it's real, and there's no answer from the number he gave me. Does it sound legit?
