How Do U Get A Big Belly For Temporary Time Belly

Scared about having big belly in pregnancy?

Well, giving life to a human being is ALL about your looks...after all. You're going to be an amazing mother. I can tell from your post that starving your fetus now is creeping into your thoughts.

Maybe you should consider taking a human development, biology, or prenatal class. I'm just saying. If you don't even know that a fetus grows in your uterus...and NOT YOUR STOMACH...that kid has no chance. Consider your options. It may not be too late for abortion. Then you could still look "cool" with your flat stomach and not have to worry about a baby stretching you all out. It's all about YOU...don't forget. By the way...if you think it's just your "stomach" that gets stretched out...just wait. LOLOLOL

How fast can I get rid of my big belly when doing high intensity interval training (HIIT)?

Not fast at all. Here’s the truth about HIIT: It is a great way to build your speed and endurance, and it’s very time-efficient so it’s a great way to stay fit when you have very limited time available, and yes it does have a temporary effect of raising your metabolism slightly for some number of hours after you do it (depending on how intensely and effectively you do it)… But… you knew there was going to be a “but”, right? But… HIIT will never burn as many calories as sustained cardio for a longer period of time at an optimal level of exertion. By optimal, what I mean is that if you have 30 minutes of time available, you should do your cardio at an exertion level that you can sustain for 25 minutes but you couldn’t do for 35 minutes. If you have an hour, then the optimal exertion is the level that you can sustain for 55 minutes but which would exhaust you completely and force you to quit before you get to 65 minutes. That is how you maximize your calorie burn for a given amount of time. It takes practice to get a feel for how hard you can push yourself for any given amount of time, but if you do it often and consistently enough you will learn what your body is capable of sustaining. As far as losing that belly fat is concerned though, cardio won’t be enough. You have to manage your diet properly, too, in order to create a calorie deficit. If your weight is currently stable and you have already been tracking your calories and cut them by 250 per day, and you also do 250 calories worth of cardio per day, you’ll have a deficit big enough to get you to lose one pound per week. If you cut your intake by 500 calories and increase your exercise by 500 calories instead, that will get you to lose two pounds per week - which is the most you should try for (unless you are one of those rare people who is both extremely obese and yet has no physical limitations on how hard you can exercise). But here’s the one last complication that you need to know: that one or two pounds per week will come from the fat that your body wants to lose, not necessarily from the fat that you want it to lose. You can’t make it take fat from your belly if your genes and current physiology are signaling your body that it should take it from your butt, your thighs, or anywhere else. It decides, not you.

If I starve myself will i lose belly fat?

Yes. You are right. If you eat very little you will lose your belly fat. A good way to lose belly fat is by eating less, not starving, so you are doing the right thing. Belly fat is mostly due to huge dinners I suppose. You can eat a nice quantity for breakfast and lunch but not at dinner. I say this from experience. Over the years the main reason I accumulated a lot of belly fat is because I ate very heavy dinners(I wasn't very informed at the time) and slept immediately after eating. For food to digest, you need to be physically active for at least 3 hours after eating. The day I came to know about this, I started having supper instead of dinner. I have it at 7 and sleep at 11, so that conveniently gives my body 4 hours to digest the food before I go to bed. This also makes sure you wont have to take a dump in the morning. I used to suffer through my school days because of my ignorance. I had to take a dump every morning right after I woke up. That was because my dinner was never given a chance to digest because I used to sleep right after eating. I also got a lot of belly fat because of it. Nowadays I don't have to take a dump in the morning and that gives me more time to eat breakfast and get ready for college. So if you want to lose your belly fat, eat decent quantities at breakfast and lunch but very very less at dinner and give enough time for your dinner to digest before you go to bed. If you are in a hurry to lose your belly fat, you can skip dinner for some days till your belly fat gets burnt. After you've burnt it, you can make sure it won't come back by eating less on all three meals and not sleeping immediately after eating dinner(or any meal for that matter).

If I only drink water for a week will I lose belly fat?

The simple answer is YES. Your body is constantly burning calories, even just sitting down doing nothing (though not that much). If the only thing that you are consuming is water, then you will most certainly be burning calories, as well as ultimately burning fat. However…A week long fast is very hard for beginners. Have you tried water fasting before? I would start slow and ease into fasting. I just started fasting about 6 months ago and have lost 25 pounds as a direct result of it. And my goal for fasting was NOT to lose weight personally, however I feel better than ever now. My body-type is lean-muscular with some fat. I pretty much lost all fat and the fasting cleaned out my insides, that were most likely backed-up for years. This was the goal for me, to cleanse my body and rejuvenate from the inside-out.How do I start fasting?First, easing into it with intermittent fasting. Easy, just skip breakfast everyday. Have an eating window of 8 hours and fasting window of 16, daily. This took me less than a week to fully adjust and stop my breakfast cravings. Then a month or so in, try skipping breakfast AND lunch 1–2 days of the week. You will have 1 huge meal for dinner only, also known as OMAD. During these days, you are essentially doing a 24 hour fast. It’s tough at first, but after the first couple of times, it’s no problem having a little bit of will-power. Just stay productive with things to do so you won’t think about food! From this point, a couple of months into this routine, you won’t even think about breakfast anymore. You’ll most likely lose a ton of weight and feel a significant amount better in general. Now you have built up the skillset and will-power for prolonged fasts. The longest I’ve gone is a 72 hour fast (3 days). I will do this every month or 2 for a total body cleanse. So start with normal 16:8 IF (Intermittent Fasting). You’ll lose weight and feel amazing just by simply skipping breakfast everyday. Have some tea/ coffee or water with lemon instead. IF cured all of my allergies, gives you more energy, sheds weight, better sleep, kills inflammation, and so much more! For my full experience dong 3 types of IF: Warrior Diet vs OMAD vs. Intermittent Fasting - My Review & Experience*Pro Tip - While fasting, take a pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt to nourish your body with proper minerals and to re-hydrate. Upon waking, I’ll take a pinch with a liter of water. This alone, will kick-start your day for success.

Is there a fact that sitting right after you eat makes your belly getting big?

There are many possible causes. Being sedentary can cause your stomach to increase in size because of fat build-up. Or you may just have a lot of skin tissue in that area.

But if the increase is only temporary, there are other causes. Bloating (from gas) and distension (from water and food just eaten) are two major causes. A high-fiber meal can make your stomach appear to be huge. Drinking a lot of liquid can do the same. Sodium will exaggerate tummy pouches, so ease up on the sodium wherever you can (but don't drop below 500mg. without doctor's orders or you can actually have a deficiency in this mineral, which will raise your risk for heart attack).

Sitting or lying down right after eating will not make your stomach bigger. . . unless that's all you do all day! Lying down isn't good for your stomach in other ways, though. Lying down after a meal can give you heartburn and contribute to acid reflux. Sitting up straight helps your stomach digest better. So does taking a fifteen minute brisk walk after eating.

Will I get a big belly if I have a shower or bath during my period?

Be reassured, there is no truth to this myth. Female genitalia like the vagina, uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries are mostly isolated from organs in the abdominal cavity that you are concerned might grow larger by exposure to bath water and menstrual blood. The source of blood is in the lining of the uterus that prepares every month for the arrival of a fertilized oocyte, If the monthly released oocyte is not fertilized, it passes out of the body, followed by shedding of the lining in the uterus seen as menstrual blood. Menstrual blood never comes in contact with the abdominal organs even if bath water enters the vagina. Finally, the labia majora and labia minora—the enlarged skin and tissue at the entrance to the vagina—protects the vaginal from the entry of water and other liquids. And lastly, the vaginal us usually collapsed in areas to protect from the entry of water. Many women experience water retention and swelling in the lower legs and abdomen during menses, which dissappears within a week. Maybe this is the basis for the myth.
