Exclamation mark profile picture on yahoo answers?
We're currently updating the default image on the Yahoo! network. If you haven't chosen an image or if your Pulse information is hidden, you'll see one of the five different exclamation marks are your avatar. There are five different colours of the new avatar - blue, green, orange, teal and purple. Unfortunately you don't get to pick your colour. The colour you get has nothing to do with your activity on Answers or elsewhere, it's totally random. If you don't like the exclamation point, you can upload your own image or create an avatar to use on Yahoo! instead.
I can't change my basic Yahoo! Mail profile picture. Everywhere on the internet, I just found this link, but it's not valid: http://profiles.yahoo.com. How can I change my picture?

How do you change your profile picture on Yahoo Answers?
Right now no one can..... and all we know is that we can't change or add a Profile Picture or change our Answers Names as Yahoo has removed the main Yahoo Profiles which is where we were able to do that. Staff has said on an answer.....Profiles are in a transitional phase, most features have currently been disabled. The biggest one is profile pictures. They did say ( apparently on Facebook not here) soon we would be able to, and they are working on getting it up and running, No one knows when that will happen and even Yahoo has stated they don't know exactly when that will be. We were supposed to be able to do that on our New Account info page BUT the Edit Profile Details link on our new account information page that we used for months to get to the Yahoo Profiles to change them is not there now. They haven't updated the instructions on the Help pages so anyone trying there hits a dead end too.. ****** Clicking Edit Preferences on our Y!A Profile to change your Avatar or Name just goes to the new Account Info page, another dead end. It may just be that they are not finished the updates so again all we can do is wait and hope it is not something else Yahoo has decided to take away..
How often do you change your Facebook profile picture?
I haven't changed in for 3 months now. I really like my picture but I also haven't had the chance to change it as I haven't been on Facebook for that long and there are no other pictures that I like. I'm going to wait until the summer to change my profile picture :) xoxo
Why isn't my profile picture not showing up on Yahoo?
When i visit my profile, it shows up, but when i post a question or anything like that, i can't see it! Can some one please explain? Other people's profile pictures are showing up, but not mine. My profile picture is of an avatar that i made. Please explain!

It is never too late to find out if your Yahoo! email has been read by the recipient. Send the recipient a second message, and ask if they received your first message, for example.Standard internet e-mail does not contain mandatory read receipts, so tracking if a message has been read relies on side-effects of reading the message. Sometimes, such side-effects are provided by the mail client software explicitly (e.g. Outlook allows viewers of messages to return a read-receipt, if the senders of the e-mail requested one), and other times such side-effects are provided implicitly (e.g. an HTML-format message being parsed that includes resources such as a CSS or image or JavaScript routine from another machine).You have already sent the e-mail message; if you retained a copy of this message, it can be analyzed to see if it contained any trackable elements, and then logs of the system which serves those elements may contain information allowing the deduction that a message has been read.Alternatively, if you have a legally compelling reason, then a suitable legal document (e.g. subpoena) may be served against Yahoo!, whereby their own logs indicating that the mailbox they host can be acquired to determine when the message you sent was fetched by any mail client. Who gives a cr** what anyone thinks! If you have a picture that you like, use it for your profile and all the haters out there can go and suck an egg. Don't judge your own self worth by what others think. You are a beautiful, unique, independent, free thinking individual, and you need to own that completely. Let yourself shine!
