How Do You Find A Person If All You Have Is An Image Of Them

How do I find someone if I don't know their name?

If you have a handle, people often use the same handle or variations thereof.

If court decisions are just words and there is no image of the person what is the point of them?

Image of which person? Why would a court decision need any images? Humans have been using court decisions without images for thousands of years, and they have been used a lot.

P.S. I notice that you didn't include any images in your question. What's your point?

What property is a mineral said to have when a person is able to view double images through it?

What do you call a person who is posing for a picture?

Is it called a "Portrait-ee" or something? I have no idea, I just know there should be some kind of a specific title you give to someone that's having a portrait of them painted. Like basically you're the artist painting the person that's posing for you, so what do you call the person that's posing? I know they're not simply called just posers.. what do you think?

Does a voodoo doll have to cointain hair, blood etc or a personal item of a person to work?

actually you don't have to but it will make the power over them stronger if you can't attain part of them whether it be some blood slavia or hair , you could always use a picture of them or a scent that they like to were or just add some feature that they have like pinn some fake blonde hair to the doll if the person is blonde. It doesn't matter if teh image of them doesn't incorporate an actually peice of the person only that it accurately represents them. you might want to use poppet instead of voodoo doll, poppets can be used for a variety of things like healing cursing etc. it called sympathetic magic. I have actually had good experience using them but not for harm but you could use them for bad. I am not going to say not to use one or blah blah blah just that if this person needs a taste of there own medicine than give it to them, and poppets can be made from anything paper cord fabric wax even mud or even just a picture can be used. here is a great website to learn more about it .

http://www.museumofwitchcraft.com/ just type in doll in the search engine and you will get many many pictures and information. it very helpful

the wiccan rede is just phone bolongna that some peple that call themselves witches live by it only sprung up like maybe 60 years ago with some nutcases like gardner etc. it seems phoney and too ritualistic , basically it says what goes around comes around but if this person is being a littleb#$%% then all you are doing is helping it come back to them and there is no wrong in that, in traditional witchcraft a religon that has been around for alot longer and doesnt bring ideas from different cultures like the east into its everyday workings. magic in this way is more like an everyday part you don't have to do an elabrote ritual all you have to do is think about it some simple task like dripping water ona stone. even if you don't do the magic part you can still do teh religon and anyways go ahead and do what ever you want to you won't learn if everyone tells you what to do and i am not british but I like to use terms that aren't common misconceptions like voodo dolls, and tradition cornish witchcraft is amazing so here is a website about it

How can you tell if an image is photoshopped or not?

Benny Ha has given you the forensic answer, but I think you mean, how can you tell just by looking? If it’s very well done, you can’t.If it is poorly done, an implausible scenario, or in fact too perfect, you will instinctively notice.Look at the shadows. They are quite difficult to reproduce in the exact shade and intensity of the original photo, when transposing something into the image, and difficult to place. Shadows all go the same way. If the light source is the sun, they will have no perspective. ////. If the light source is a solitary nearby lamp then the shadows could have perspective. /\.Look at the skin. Has any person on Earth got skin that smooth, without any blemishes at all? Really?Look at the scenario, can you really get a jetliner landing in a small town centre? A lion and a zebra drinking side by side at the same waterhole? A famous politician doing something absurd. Why didn’t you hear about that on the news? The answer is, if it looks implausible, it probably is.And then there are those beautiful landscape images doing the rounds on Facebook and the like, with a slight graininess to them, and larger than life colours. In my terms, they’ve been HDR overcooked. Taken beyond the range of what is natural in contrast, saturation and intensity. They have all been through the processing sausage machine. The attached is an example of a quick and easy photoshopped picture. I did this in just a few minutes for my local town Facebook page, in response to endless inconsiderate parking complaints. Bearing in mind 95% of the audience would be viewing it on their phones, it was rough and ready. The absolutely unbelievable thing about the photograph is the number of people who in all seriousness asked if the plane was still there!

Why is the message "the film has been modified from its original version..." on a video with the FBI warrning

on a video, unless you have a specially edited version - you have the same film as shown in theatres. But because of the size of a television screen versus a motion picture screen - the picture you see has to be scanned - which means because the whole frame won't fit on a tv screen - they have to "scan" - or reframe the image to fit your screen. Therefor, if two people are talking, the two shot may become a single of one person because you can't fit the image of them both on the screen.
when films are edited (modified) for broadcast television, the disclaimer will tell you how it was edited (ie edited for time and content), which means it has to fit the standards of the network and was edited to fit the time frame given to it to play.
the FBI warning is about copyright - don't copy the movie illegally.

How do I delete a sent image on WhatsApp?

what happens when you make the awful mistake of sending a image to the wrong person? The good news is that there is something you can do about it — but you’ve got to act fast!First thing’s first: turn off your cellular data and wifi ASAP. The simplest way to do that is to turn on airplane mode.If you’re using a smartphone, hold your finger on the message you want to delete. A little menu will appear, on which a delete option is available. If you don’t see it, you may have to tap the little arrow on the right to show more options.Be warned now — this trick only works if the message has not yet delivered to the other person’s phone, i.e. if there’s no tick next to it.What if there is? Well, there’s a way to get around that too!If there’s a single tick next to the message, it means it’s been received by WhatsApp’s servers, but not by the recipient’s phone.Quickly go into their contact info in WhatsApp (tap on their name at the top of the screen).Scroll down to “Block sender”.While this certainly works to temporarily block a text from going through, HowToComp notes that if you unblock the contact before 30 days have passed, the message will be sent. It seems this is how long the WhatsApp servers hold messages for.Unfortunately, if the message has gone through — double ticked — even if the person hasn’t read it, there’s not much you can do to recall it.
