How Do You Stop An Email Account Sending Auto Repeat Calendar Invitations To Another Email Account

Yahoo email - setting up automatic email reminders?

Hi,

I want to know if there is a way in yahoo (free) email to set it up so that I get a reminder every month regarding bills, etc. For example if I need a reminder every 30 days and would like it in the form of an email to myself (and from myself I guess- or another account)- is there a way to do this?

Thanks

You cannot. This seems to be a violation of office protocol? The recipient already knows. They sent the original to you! If you are on an exchange server you may be able to recall the message. Otherwise I would message the original and apologise if that follows office protocol. If not, just admit the mistake if it come up and continue on.

And Google sets your calendar to accept and display calendar invites by default, again, this is intended to make things easier. You can change your calendar settings to prevent this if you prefer, just choose to not automatically add invites to the calendar. Click here, choose "Settings".You will still get the emails inviting you to schedule on your calendar, but it will be your choice. And if you don't want to see them, of course you can just click "Spam".
