How Do You Write A Thesis About If We Should Be Worried About Today Or The Future

How do I write a good science fiction about the future, and what is the step to write it?

Since it will be your story, and you’ll need passion to complete it, someone shouldn’t hand it to you. Besides, you might strongly disagree with their vision of the future. Here’s an experiment, where I’ll tell you one version of the future: since we didn’t take good care of the planet, Mother Nature decides to care for itself, which forces the eventual extinction of human beings via natural causes. Polluted water from fracking and dumping waste into lakes and oceans. Unbreathable air. Broader set of the sun’s wavelengths of light, causing skin cancer and burned out crops. Diseases formerly cured by vaccines mutate to beat all known treatments. Melted glaciers due to global warming and the subsequent sea rise.Okay, so that’s the future. But it isn’t a story. It’s a set of conditions. The entire plot is missing. Your homework: decide the main character, what is he/she trying to do and what gets in the way? That’ll be the foundation of your story. YOUR story.

I need help writing a thesis statement?

Your thesis should be the main idea of your entire essay. You should be able to connect the topic and the conclusion sentences to your thesis statement every single time. This helps your paper to not go off topic and will help you to keep your paper organized. Every single topic and conclusion sentence should either reiterate or restate the thesis statement.

Well, at least in a persuasive or analysis paper. Narrative essays usually are a bit more relaxed and less structured, but the thesis statement should still be the main focus of the entire essay.

How to write a thesis statement?

Perhaps this will help you in the future.

Every paper you write should have a main point, a main idea or central message.
The argument you make in your paper should reflect this main idea.
The sentence that captures your position on this main idea is what we call a thesis statement.

Your thesis statement should tell your reader what the paper is about and focus your ideas into a few sentences. It should present the topic of your paper and also make a comment about your position in relation to the topic.

'We Real Cool is a poem defining the struggle that black American youths went through to define themselves, in a society that was predominately trying to keep them oppressed. By these boys giving up on any potential future that they may have had, they were only proving to those who doubted them, that they were correct in thinking them losers, but are they any more secure in their role in today's society?'

Help with writing a thesis statement?

A thesis statement:
Tells the reader how you will interpret the significance of the subject matter under discussion.
Is a road map for the paper; in other words, it tells the reader what to expect from the rest of the paper.
Directly answers the question asked of you.
A thesis is an interpretation of a question or subject, not the subject itself. The subject, or topic, of an essay might be World War II or Moby Dick; a thesis must then offer a way to understand the war or the novel. makes a claim that others might dispute.
Is usually a single sentence somewhere in your first paragraph that presents your argument to the reader. The rest of the paper, the body of the essay, gathers and organizes evidence that will persuade the reader of the logic of your interpretation.

So your thesis statement should talk about WHY IT IS SIGNIFICANT that the telecommunication and technology in the book is similar to those used today.

Persuasive essay thesis statement..told its too factual?

I was an English teacher for a long time, and I have no problem with your thesis. That being said, your teacher does, and he's the one you have to please.

How about: Not planning for retirement will lead to problems that older people should not have to encounter.
or, Too many people neglect planning for retirement.
or, People in their twenties wrongly think that retirement is so far away they need not make plans for it.

If you don't use any of this, I hope I've given your imaginations a boost.

Good luck.

I really need a thesis statement please!?

Well I would stick with the three points as my thesis because you can always expand on those in the body paragraphs. So your thesis might read something like this.....in order to complete a road map for life on would need to look at their personal past history, what is currently happening and looking forward to the future as well.

Then in your body you can expand and use two major themes for your past present and future.

Ie. One major event that has happened in my past thus far was finding the uncanny ability to pick cherry stems very easily......... I also discovered early in my life the use of mathematical algorithms came very easily to me once I was enrolled in advanced calculus... etc etc.

Creative title I can't help you with. As long as you title it I haven't found a teacher or professor yet who enjoyed a cutsey artsy title, they want to see what you wrote in the paper so in this case I would title it "The Past, Present and Future" and let it go.
