How Does Islam Deal With Hadith That Insult Modern Sensibilities

How do Muslims justify the slaughtering of animals in the name of God?

I am an INDIAN MUSLIM , from childhood i was against this merciless act as according to QURAN we need to sacrifice our dearest thing present on earth but we coward sacrifices o a GOAT or a COW or a CAMEL. I always requested my father to donate money and clothes to poor instead of doing such merciless act and the good thing is at my 18th birthday he accepted my wish and from then we don’t sacrifice any animal like cowards.I use to read history of INDIA and the time of AURANGZEB dynasty from there i got suspense in my mind that we also may be forcefully converted MUSLIM and its fact many muslim people living in INDIA are really the one whose ancestors were forcefully converted to ISLAM. I really feel yuck about the spirit of the people who performed this forceful conversion and from then i started to celebrate all the muslim, hindu and christian festivals in peaceful manner. Even i got many threating calls and warnings for stopping such activity but i never stopped that because i know the fact which every coward dont accept that we are the one who are forcefully converted to ISLAM(its not correct for everyone). We should see everything beyond religion this is the fact but after reading lot of religious books i also realized that Hinduism dont have any beginning whereas other religion evolved due to mindset of group of people but i really dont want to be in puzzle of religion.I request my fellow muslim brothers to not slaughter Animals like Coward if you have real faith then slaughter your own child or family member else donate some money to poor and celebrate the festival.P.S. I am always highly opposed on such mentality by my muslim brothers.

Why do Muslim females have to be covered head to toe but Muslims males don't?

Here are some of the reasons why…Everyone views things from a different perspective, what you see as disgracing could be the most important thing in a person's life.Islam isn’t the the only religion that requires women to cover their hair, theres probably thousands of religions out there.Prophets came to all these people, and taught this, islam makes it compulsory because it was the original doings of the religion of Allah.No one forces them to wear it,they do it by choice and for the pleasure of Allah, so if they are not complaning, why should you?Covering of the hair and body is seen as piety and purity for most people, but for others it makes them look like it is a disasvangtage upon women, but what if it was what our creator wanted us to do? Then? Would you still rebel against the wishes of God?This is mainly pleasing to men and people enjoy watching such sinful things this sould be considerd disrespectful to women.Women covering themselves can contribute to keeping their chastity and keeping them far away from adultry which may lead to hell.In islam, we believe a woman's pirate parts is the whole body exept for the face and hands, a mainly do it because it is our belief and not to opress women.Even though it is compulsory in the religion, we cannot force other people to wear it, we can only advise them exept for own family maybe because that's our own private life and they are under our authority (the kids).It almost also covers the whole body exept the face and hands doesn't it?Men are also required to wear islamic clothing, am not sure if this is compulsory but it is what a muslim man should do.
