How do I delete a thousand unwanted emails at once?
You have to be using the "All New Mail" in order to delete them all at once----so switch to it temporarily. (Click on Options---then click "switch to All New Mail".) Then click "more action"---"select all"---"delete". That will get rid of ALL emails in the folder. You can switch back to Classic afterward, click Options---then click "switch to Classic" .......................... If you don't want to do the above----then, change the "messages per page" to 200 instead of 25. That's 8 times faster at least. Mail page>>options>>mail options----go down to and change the number in the box---then click "save" change. Now you can delete them page by page----200 at a whack.
