yeas you can, the only differance between a marine and a car battery except the size is that the marine battery is built so it can discharge and charge over the period of its life while a car battery isnt built for it,, but really your car needs a car battery due to the battery will fit into its right space instead of making up new brackets and tryin to fit the marine battery into a tight space
