How long should i wait to redye my hair?

Hey! I just dyed my hair to a dirty blonde/ light brown! i had jet black hair so im surprised it got so light! I want to go even blonder. how long should i wait? ( i did get it professionally done)

How long should i wait before i redye my hair?

Wait 4-6 weeks or you'll fry your hair, or see a professional who can fix the color.

How long do you have to wait to re-dye your hair if you used hair color sold in a box?

4-6 weeks is the best time to wait. The only time you should wait longer is if you are Bleaching or doing drastic hair color changes. like blonde to black to red, etc.. you want to wait 8-12 weeks because you are killing your hair. But just for minor color change and even touch ups. 4-6 weeks is fine. Also just buy a deep conditioner at your beauty salon to use in between hair colors. Each time you color your hair, use the deep conditioner instead of the packaged conditioner.. it will leave your hair extremely nice.

How long should I wait to dye my hair again?

If you go to a professional they have conditioners that they can use and fix it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GOOD LUCK

How long should you wait to dye your hair again?

Depends what dye and the condition of your hair.Permanent dyes: Minimum a week. Longer is better. I would wait until you can't bear with the roots before you touch up, but after 5cm it can get tough because the hair close to the scalp develops really fast.Bleach: Minimum two weeks. Longer is much better. If hair is really broken: rather grow back healthy hair, or use natural dyes like tea.General Tip: a week or two right before and after dyeing baby your hair a little bit. Don't treat it too much with heat and don't wash it too often and too hot, as it strips oils it will desperately need. Use a several hour coconut hair mask before dyeing (don't rinse out) and every now and then to get it back to shape.

Should I wait a week to re-dye my hair?

I would recommend you wait longer than a week, especially if you are trying to lighten and dye your hair. For the most part any dye that you use whether it is “natural hair dye” or “professional hair dye” or any other cool trendy way of saying better hair dye will cause damage to your hair. It has to in order to have the hair color change. So when you lighten or dye the hair you cause the cuticle of the hair to open so the dye can get in the hair shaft. When you wash the color out the water helps neutralize the process and close down the hair shaft to hold the color in the hair.Unfortunately the process and chemicals used to open and close the cuticle damage the cuticle and the more you dye your hair the more open the cuticle can stay after the process.People with damaged hair from color will have the hair color bleed out of their hair after every shower because the hair is so damaged and open it cannot hold any color. So if you have bleached or dyed your hair today, its better to wait a while before re coloring or re bleaching. If the color did not come out correct, you can use color correcting semi permanent dyes (these coat the hair instead of going in the shaft). Or you can use toners or color shampoos to help correct color outcome.IF you need to dye it again right away, use a repairing conditioner like:Instant Volume Daily Conditioner for Hair Growthand leave it in your hair for 5 - 15 minutes before rinsing it out. This will help nourish the hair so that it can hold color. It will also help to repair damaged hair and make it stronger so you experience less breakage. You can do this a few times before applying another color process. And you can do it right before the process as well.

How long should I wait to re-dye my hair after chemical burn?

I recently went to a salon and had my hair died from dark drown to blonde and ended up with chemical burn and bright fried yellow hair. What should I do, and how long should I wait to re-do it myself this time since I do not trust anyone anymore.

How long should I wait before I bleach and redye my hair?

About two weeks ago I dyed my hair a dark brown.
Now I want to bleach only one side of my hair and dye it hot pink.
I don't want my hair to fall out so how long should I wait before I get all that done?
Also should I bring my own pink dye and if so what's the brand and all that you think would work best?

How long do you need to wait to redye your hair if you dyed it a color you don't like?

i would definitely wait a week to two weeks. give it lots of TLC if you dye it again. get a super deep conditioner and use it before and lots and lots after. you may even want to get a moisturizing hair mask to do a few days after you've dyed it again. as long as you treat your hair nice it will work with you!
